  • Hello everybody welcome to Tokyo Creative Play.

  • I'm host Emma and I'm Natasha and right now we are in Yamagata.

  • Okay, so we're almost at the end of our tour.

  • Yeah, we've had a wonderful tour and this tour has been made by Japan Post Group.

  • So they offer a five day tour, a seven day tour and a 10 day tour and you can travel all over the north of Japan.

  • So you've seen us explore and travel in the past two videos.

  • So this will be the last video of our series, last video, but we're gonna be exploring some amazing places.

  • So today we are visiting Ginza Onsen which is this beautiful, rustic traditional town in Yamagata.

  • Yeah, so again Zan Onsen actually used to be a mining town.

  • Gin is silver and done is mountain.

  • So it's like silver mountain.

  • So it used to be a mining town about 500 years ago and then gradually closed down.

  • And now it's a beautiful on Sandtown.

  • So while we're here, we're gonna be checking out some on sand, getting lots of food, lots of food, lots of it and see what else there is to do around here.

  • But one thing, it looks super super beautiful.

  • This is one of the most beautiful places I've been to.

  • Seriously does this place give you some vibes from like a particular famous Japanese anime movie doesn't give you those vibes comment down below and let us know because there is a right answer.

  • All right, so let's go and have a really wonderful last couple of days of the tour and go and relax and enjoy ourselves.

  • Yeah.

  • We just found some soba tea, like some free soba tea.

  • I've never had somebody before.

  • I don't even know how they do.

  • It smells so good.

  • That goes out about myself.

  • I always have a little bit.

  • You smell so good.

  • It looks like this.

  • Mhm.

  • Ooh, that's hot.

  • I love to sew.

  • It's my party trick.

  • It seems like a fun party.

  • It's a light flavor.

  • I love it.

  • It's really good.

  • We found a place that sells sober ice cream.

  • I've never had so much ice cream before.

  • You don't know what to expect.

  • It just sits over tea and then silver ice cream.

  • So I feel like this is going to be a pretty silver filled trip.

  • I got the mixed one.

  • So it's a sober software with milk in it.

  • And I got just sober soft cream, but it comes with soybean flour and black sugar syrup, you know.

  • Okay, so we're in a different camera now.

  • We're vlogging camera man left us.

  • Yeah, we're all by ourselves, but we just went into this cable.

  • So they had a lot of little snacks and trinkets and we got, oh me, could you send me, I've never seen fortune cookies in japan.

  • So I think it's time that we learn what our future is, but we're also going to go and see the waterfall.

  • So that's where we're walking through right now Natasha's getting the shot.

  • I missed it.

  • You look so funny.

  • Just like squatting under a bush.

  • This is what it looks like when we get in the shot.

  • Oh yeah, coming up to the waterfall and we got across this treacherous path.

  • Yeah.

  • It made it to the wife.

  • It's beautiful.

  • It wasn't such a crime is great.

  • Easy.

  • This is the mind.

  • Oh really?

  • Oh my God, it's just a question.

  • Oh, I don't know if I want to go in there.

  • All right, well there's the mine, I'm gonna eat up a fortune for these snaps.

  • Mhm.

  • I haven't had it for seriously like a decade.

  • Do you believe in them?

  • It depends on what they say.

  • Oh, selected believer.

  • Oh yeah, I should be lucky.

  • We're back with rita.

  • Goodbye.

  • No, fancy juice, fancy juice.

  • We are back and we are in now.

  • You cut off.

  • We're at the Neo Con and we're just relaxing and having a good time and eating a very fancy beautiful dinner.

  • After the dinner.

  • We'll head back down to Ginza johnson and go and explore the town at night.

  • I'm excited.

  • Yeah, I'm really pumped.

  • Festival.

  • Let's eat.

  • We've come for an evening stroll in kin town on sand.

  • It's such a different site just because of the different light.

  • Beautiful.

  • It's just it's so so nice.

  • It's a little dark but it's so I want to say moody but not like moody somehow.

  • It's romantic but also very just soothing and calming to walk around.

  • Yeah, it's so nice and it's nice they have the water lit up so you can kind of see through it.

  • It's it's not just dark and scary.

  • Yeah, it still looks pretty even at night so I'm going to take a lot of nice pictures and we're just going to take a relaxing stroll together and all you cats girl.

  • Thank you.

  • I what do you want to put it?

  • Okay, so it's a very hot foot bath.

  • It is, it's meant to be very relaxing.

  • I think it would be maybe in winter with a little bit of snow in it to cool it down.

  • Just a little wow.

  • Oh man, it's kind of nice to dip.

  • You put in for like a second and bring it back out and bring it back out.

  • You're crazy.

  • You're crazy, you're gonna die, your foot's gonna pull off.

  • You know what?

  • It's not that bad.

  • You know how sometimes you hold onto ice and it's really cool.

  • It hurts sometimes when you're in really hot things it hurts but it feels cold now feels cold.

  • Yeah, Welcome to the final.

  • Maybe you have a superpower or something.

  • Oh my God, if you don't move it around it doesn't hurt.

  • Okay.

  • I think I've done it.

  • It's not that bad.

  • I can't understand it now and it's good because there's a cold breeze tonight.

  • So this is really helping.

  • I wonder if our feet are going to be ready when we come back?

  • I think it's definitely gonna be real when we come back.

  • Yeah.

  • Am I was saying that if you if you put an egg in the water, it was cool.

  • And I was like, I don't think it's that hot.

  • I'll put my hand in and it's not that hard.

  • What the heck?

  • I guess I feed a more sensitive, but I wasn't expecting that.

  • I thought, yeah, you would definitely cook an egg in this.

  • Like my feet are on fire but you can just touch it.

  • No problem.

  • It's just nice.

  • I'd wash up in this.

  • She asked me, what do you think it would take for us to be cooked alive?

  • Are we being cooked alive right now?

  • Yeah.

  • Like at what point?

  • I don't think johnson can do that to you.

  • Nobody ever told me Ginza johnson would be this beautiful.

  • You cut to be kidding me.

  • Yeah.

  • All right.

  • So when we get back to new york to and now we're gonna go and johnson and sleep.

  • We'll see you guys tomorrow.

  • Yes.

  • To me, it's the final day.

  • And we're at Madeira, my dear.

  • That means mountain temple.

  • So there's a temple right at the top of that mountain and we're eating ice blocks and we're going to climb up to the temple.

  • We're having these delicious chewy frozen fruit bar right before we climb 1000 steps all more.

  • I don't know how we're gonna make it.

  • But I think this is giving me motivation, motivation.

  • Good energy.

  • I'm good to go.

  • Let's climb.

  • Yeah, this is my last bite of the popsicle and I'm really sad.

  • Mhm.

  • I might get another woman.

  • I get down.

  • I'm savoring mine taking little bites.

  • Yeah.

  • Mhm Yeah.

  • Yeah.

  • Yeah.

  • Mhm.

  • Mhm.

  • Am I did you know we're almost halfway up.

  • I've actually were overhauled and I we're over halfway up actually.

  • I just checked I'm sweating like a pig is actually not that bad.

  • I heard it was worse.

  • Yeah.

  • Yeah, it's actually not that bad but chris Okano actually climbed this when it was icy.

  • Maybe that's why it was worse.

  • I can't imagine that.

  • So be careful when you come.

  • I guess the season really matters.

  • Yeah.

  • Oh yes please.

  • So we're just gonna keep climbing, keep on climbing, keep the faith baby.

  • It's the climb.

  • Is that my Yeah, it's gonna be another mountain who's gonna want to make it move.

  • Look at this beautiful view behind us.

  • It looks like we'll fall down though.

  • I actually was just thinking like what if a kid just pushes me?

  • I sure hope.

  • I mean kids are crazy.

  • They could do it.

  • Yeah, last claim but the view is always great.

  • That's so cheesy.

  • We're almost at the top.

  • You can see it just a few more steps.

  • I can't imagine doing this like in full summer.

  • I would struggle.

  • I would not choose to do that.

  • Let's go to the view is gonna be great.

  • Yeah we just climbed Yamada and at the top of my mama dada, there's a post box so we're gonna be sending some letters.

  • So the last time you saw the posting some postcards it was to our friends in Japan.

  • But right now we want to send a couple of letters to our friends and family back home out of Japan.

  • So I'm sending mine to my dad in Australia and send it to my mama in Singapore.

  • So we actually needed to put them in envelopes.

  • A common mistake to make is just sending the postcard by itself.

  • But if you're sending internationally have to put it in an envelope and the prices for the stamps are different depending on your destination and also the size of the envelope and you can get all this stuff just at the post office.

  • So let's send them, I have no idea how the postman's gonna come up here but poor postman 11 AM Every weekday.

  • Uh huh.

  • Mhm Yeah.

  • Yeah mm We made it to the top.

  • So hot.

  • It's so hot.

  • We made it to the top of your data and we have officially finished our tour of Japan post group.

  • Happy and sad.
