  • Most of the Eikaiwa-schools here in Japan focus on the enjoyment of using English with

  • native English speakers.

  • Honestly speaking, we were also one of them.

  • But, here are some questions for you.

  • Would you go to a school where you cannot achieve any additional skills?

  • And, would you work for a school where teachers don't care about their student's goal?

  • We started off as a section of a one-to-one cram school, so unlike most Eikaiwa-schools,

  • we can focus on individual students' goals.

  • Through meetings with the student and parents, we can make each student's goal clear and

  • build a concrete curriculum.

  • Anyone can learn any languagethis is a common saying in English teaching.

  • However, it is only true when the teaching method is appropriate.

  • With our methodology, we believe students can surely improve their English skills.

  • For example, we give students individual homework guidance to establish a habit of self-study.

  • Although English native speakers achieve the language in an English environment, it is

  • almost impossible to find the same situation here in Japan.

  • Therefore, we encourage the students to repeat and memorize the key phrases and sentences

  • again and again until they can recite them.

  • By the way, a wide range of students from preschoolers to adults come to study English

  • here at Inter TOMAS.

  • They come for a variety of purposes, not only to achieve English conversation skills, but

  • also to pass English tests, prepare for studying abroad, and so on.

  • We offer a teaching service that expands the future for students and their families.

  • And of course, you can share the joy as a teacher, too.

  • If you are interested in working with us, there is one important requirement, “adaptability”.

  • We have a vision to change the ineffective English education system here in Japan.

  • In order to do so, we are always looking for a chance to improve our service.

  • We would like our colleagues to have the same mindset, too.

  • So, feel free to contact us anytime.

  • We are looking forward to working with you soon!
