  • This is how MOS Burger's Premium Burger shop makes its burgers.

  • Many of you familiar with Japan probably know about the chain MOS Burger, but today I'm gonna take you to their premium burger shop, MOS Premium, and share with you some of my favorite burgers as well as take you inside, give you a behind the scenes look on how they make their burgers.

  • Excuse me, today I'd like to share with everyone my favorite burgers and how they're made.

  • Do you mind showing me in the kitchen?

  • Sure! Let me take to your table.

  • Today I'm here in Sendagaya Tokyo to get my gourmet burger fix.

  • Unlike MOS Burgers fast food hitters, this spot is a sit down and make yourself at home kind of joint, accompanied with a tablet to place your order.

  • They offer a wide variety of Japanese burgers and sides.

  • And for those who want to get their drinky drink on, the shop even offers a wide selection of craft beers, which always leaves me with a smile on my face!

  • But today we're focusing on my three favorite burgers.

  • So what's the difference between MOS Burger and MOS Premium?

  • Our store concept is a "burger shop for grown-ups".

  • We are a full-service restaurant that serves gourmet hamburgers and alcohol.

  • Starting off with number 3, "4 Kinds of Melted Cheese Burger".

  • I had to include this burger because, well, I mean, just look at it!

  • The shop pours the cheese right in front of you at the table just before you eat!

  • Let's go in the kitchen to see how this delicious burger is made.

  • This burger uses MOS's standard beef patty and beautifully melted on top, a cheddar and camembert cheese, and it doesn't stop there, as they completely melt mozzarella and gouda cheese on the side for the final topping.

  • Mayo is spread on the toasted bun, and on top of this crisp lettuce, two slices of tomato, relish sauce, a soybean sauce and, finally the patty with two kinds of melted cheese, and after that... even more cheese!

  • Here we go. Starting off strong!

  • Look at this, a four cheese hitter! And I just love how they pour the cheese just right on top.

  • This white cheese that they poured on topit's mozzarella and gouda.

  • If you just look right in here, you have a cheddar cheese and this is a camembert.

  • It just looks so good.

  • You can just take a bite out of this.

  • Wow! That is unbelievable!

  • I just love how soft and tender this meat is.

  • Every single bite, all of the juices and the oils just explode in your mouth.

  • It has a lot of flavor in it, and this cheese is so thick.

  • It's amazing.

  • One of the cheesiest burgers I've ever had.

  • Look at that steam coming from it!

  • Just buried underneath the burger you have some relish, you have two tomatoes, you have some lettuce in there, and this bun is cooked perfectly.

  • I like how they've just toasted it slightly, so it has a nice crispiness, but it's still nice and soft.

  • This is so phenomenal!

  • Number two, MOS Premium Burger.

  • The burger with the special meat sauce is definitely MOS Burger's signature menu item, but MOS Premium takes it to the next level and adds a premium spicy touch.

  • The buns and patty are prepared similarly as the previous burger.

  • A few slices of cheddar cheese are perfectly melted on the beef patty, topped with a perfectly browned bacon to make that golden combination.

  • Mayo mustard on the toasted bun.

  • Fresh lettuce.

  • On top of that, the double meat cheese combo.

  • Then tomatoes on top.

  • Finished off with sliced onions sautéed in butter to give the burger a deep flavor.

  • So what's the sauce?

  • This is a special sauce for the premium burger.

  • It's a meat sauce base and we make it in store with a bit of spiciness.

  • And this one speaks to my heart.

  • I can see that spicy sauce.

  • Let me stop talking about it right now and just take a bite, and then I'll explain what all this loveliness is.

  • Wow!

  • Can you not tell how happy I am right now?

  • So much meat coming from this.

  • So the first thing that you taste is the sauce, and it's kind of like a tomato meat based sauce.

  • Does have some onions in here as well that have been grilled, adds like a sweetness to it.

  • You do have the bacon in here that's a little bit different.

  • You have two pieces of cheese.

  • This is brilliant.

  • The thing is they also add a soy sauce to this burger.

  • But it's not that strong, you can kind of like taste a little bit of it, but then there's just so many flavors coming from it. It just mixed so well into the burger.

  • The meat sauce also has a little bit of spiciness but it's not like on the, "Whoa, this is too spicy that I can't have it!", but it just gives you kind of like that tinge of spiciness.

  • The meat is just coming out again. My hands are super soaked!

  • Look at that burger! And the cheese is coming out of the back!

  • This is so good!

  • Look at all of that sauce right there.

  • It's a little bit messy. We're supposed to use these kind of plastic bags to catch up all of the ingredients.

  • But you know, I like to live on a dangerous side.

  • This juicy wagyu beef patty is thoroughly cooked on the griddle to make sure it's perfect.

  • It smells so good.

  • So what's so special about this wagyu beef patty?

  • Compared to regular patties, you can enjoy the fluffiness with this wagyu burger.

  • You can also taste more of the meat.

  • To start this Japanese burger sensation, lettuce, two slices of tomato, and of course, the wagyu patty, is added.

  • On top of this, wasabi and their special tartar sauce is laid on.

  • And to finish it off, a large piece of avocado.

  • It has a tartar sauce, it has a huge avocado on the top.

  • Look at that.

  • Bun, perfectly cooked.

  • It's like my little like best friend.

  • Hello, would you like to be my best friend?

  • You can see how plump the burger is.

  • That is some wagyu loving.

  • I'm ecstatic for this burger.

  • I almost forgot it has a wasabi kick in the center!

  • But you get a lot of like wagyu while you sometimes eat it with wasabi just like this and it's amazing.

  • You can just taste how much more flavorful that wagyu is, and I feel like it's even kind of like a little bit thicker and it has a little bit more juice to it.

  • If you come here and you don't get the other two burgers, then definitely get this one because, it is so good!

  • I just love the avocado, but the winner here is the wagyu beef.

  • Look how succulent that meat is.

  • I just keep on falling in love every time I eat this burger
