  • But slower than that.

  • You, you should feel at peace, not lightheaded and hopelessly anxious.

  • But, but slowly, 10 breaths.

  • Okay, next.

  • Another tip for relaxation is to write in a journey.

  • Journal.

  • I'm, I'm hurrying.

  • Mary, you've, you've got me -

  • Okay, so here's my journal.

  • And so, every morning, you know, you get up and, you know, dear journal,

  • I, you know, feel, uh, grateful, I'm happy and relaxed, blah, blah, blah.

  • Enjoy, take time, blah, blah, blah.

  • Okay.

  • So, that's another way.

  • There you go.

  • I'm in a hurry.

  • Um, and if none of these work, here is something you can do, um, you could eat one of my neighbor's brownies, there's uh...

  • They taste weird.

  • Um, I mean, not bad, just funny and, uh strange, but, and then I...

  • But I'm so relaxed after I have a brownie.

  • I don't know why.

  • It's not the same with Oreos or anything else.

  • She says they're made with love, and, uh, they just make me feel good, um...

  • Those are some-- I'm hurrying.

  • Those are some quick tips to relax.
