To get started, you'll want to navigate to the people tab. There's several different options here, depending on who you want to contact and how. Let's take a look at some of the most common examples to contact a single student. Just find their name on the list. Click the more button and choose email student. If you want to contact multiple students, check the boxes next to their names. Then open the actions menu and choose email to contact all of your students at once. Just check the box at the very top, and they'll all be selected automatically. Then you could go toe actions again and choose email instead of sending emails. You can also post announcements to the class stream. These air simply posts that your students will see whenever they sign into their class. The stream could be useful for posting reminders info about upcoming events or anything else that you'd like to share with the class as a whole. To post announcement, make sure you're on the stream tab, then click the box that says, Share something with your class. From here, you can type anything you want. You can even use the add button toe. Add a link, video or attachment. When you're done, go ahead and click the post button. Now you can communicate with your students quickly and easily.
