Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles - I'm very lazy to take my clothes off, so sometimes I even sleep in jeans and a gown and what I'm wearing, in a bathing suit, in my robe. I barely ever wear even pajamas it's like, everything but pajamas. Hey everyone, it's Lele and this is everything I do in a day. [upbeat music] I have very unrealistic goals for myself, so what I do is I put my alarm at 7.am because I think I'm gonna wake up and I don't really wake up at 7.am. 7.am, don't wake up, 8.am, don't wake up, 9.am, I wake up. So, 10.am I wake up because my dog wakes me up with his little kisses. The first thing I do when I check my phone, I go on Instagram, see my text messages, my calls. When I first check my phone, I'm always looking at that person that I wanted them to text me, but they didn't text me. I always check my phone I'm just like, did he text me, did he text me? And they never do, so. I'm quarantining with my mom and my dog. My little schedule of my day, there's at least one hour there where I fight with my mom, I don't know which one that is, depends on the mood. At 10.am, 10.30, I go out, take Toby on a walk then I come back. 11, I do work outs and I work out with my trainer, Diana, Diana Maux and we do it every morning, we try not to do it at night time. I usually don't do exercises, but right now in quarantine there's nothing else to do but eat. I'm doing like, butt exercises, I'm doing a lot of squats, I'm running, I'm doing push ups, working on abs. I'm doing also like, cellulite removal like, she does like massages on my cellulite right here 'cause I have a lot of cellulite. I hope I continue my work out after quarantine, but I can guarantee you after quarantine, I'm gone. I'm gonna travel like, to five countries. 12.pm, I usually love to eat. So before the quarantine, when I wasn't healthy, I would eat pasta during the day all day, so three plates of pasta during the day, every single day for the rest of my life like, I would always eat pasta, milanese, pasta, pasta, pasta, pizza. I'm so Italian oh my God, pasta with coca cola every day. Now, my trainer took everything out of my kitchen and my freezer and now everything I eat is somehow healthy like, there's just water and lemonade. Everything is protein, everything has no sugar, there's just fruits everywhere, salads. It's so sad, I'm so sorry, but it's hard. I feel amazing, but I feel like I want sugar. I usually post around like, 12.30 or like 11.30, around them. So what I do is, when I wake up it's 10 so I'm like, preparing myself or like, preparing whatever I have to post and then after I post usually I'm very mellow when it comes to like, social media, I already posted, I do stories. I always do a good morning story. Every single time I wake up I'm like, good morning and every time I go to sleep I'm like, goodnight. When I do like, stories I try to be like, very positive, I work out, but I don't like working out so I always take a picture of like, my pasta. I'm always doing videos with my dog, so I'm always like, showing everybody how my dog like, runs around, how he's like, crazy. When there's a friend I always do some stories with my friend and then sometimes I do Tbts which is easier, I just do a lot of stories about like, the past, before quarantine. Sometimes I actually go through my mentions and see if someone's posted about my songs, so I do repost a lot of my mentions and then what I do is I invite my friends over, I tell them a specific time when they should come over, maybe like, they'll usually come at two, one to do some videos. We do TikTok, Instagram videos and before I would be like, YouTube videos. That usually takes like three hours to do videos. I've been actually very normal when it comes to social media not too much, not too little, I'm just more focused on like, actually working on myself now that I have time to work on myself during this quarantine and just you know, just waiting for my documentary to come out. The documentary is a unfiltered, unfiltered Lele Pons, you're gonna see a part of me that no one has seen before. It's about my disorders, I have Tourettes, OCD, ADHD and depression and I talk about how I cope with it, how I manage to control my OCD and my journey throughout all these years that I've been with OCD. I've been diagnosed since I was very, very young, I've had OCD, or I've known that I've had OCD for about more than 10 years. So besides all the normal things that I do, like walking my dog, brushing my teeth, getting up, I also have to struggle with my OCDs, so I try to stop doing so many rituals and I was afraid to tell my team about my OCD. It got to a point that it got really bad and I stopped my treatment, that my team started noticing like, hey like, what's going on? What's going on with you? I told them, I suffer from OCD, Tourettes and many other things. They kind of like, took a step back and they wanted to learn more. My friends also came to visit me, they wanted to learn more about OCD. It was pretty amazing to see how they supported me so much. Throughout the day I do normal things, but I also struggle a lot with controlling some of my urges that I have. For example, touching things. When I go to the bathroom and I brush my teeth I have to turn off the sink three times, I have a lot of thoughts that keep me very awake at night and then in the morning they come back. So on that note, I have therapy at least four times a week, so I would usually have therapy around two. I usually take a like, a small nap around from four to five, sometimes from four to seven, but I'm gonna say four to five right now, I'm embarrassed. I always invite a friend over, a girlfriend over at night to watch old, old movies. I love watching old movies during the night, so she comes around like, eight, this is like, something that happens every night. Titanic has always been my favorite movie, always will be, I see it at least two times a month. Greese, I love greese. I saw Gone with the Wind, which is amazing. Oh, forgot the Godfather, West Side Story. I saw Casablanca the other day, I liked it, it was cool. I just, I like Gone with the Wind better. I love sleepovers, I love my friends to come over at night time, so that's what we do. I usually talk to my family from Italy because at night time they're like waking up around like, 11, they're waking up and in Italy, so I talk to them for a while. Once I talk to almost everybody that I can talk to because many don't even answer 'cause they're like, we can't, we can't be talking everyday, you know? I usually go to sleep when no one else is awake basically, so I go to sleep, there's nothing else to do. Yeah, I usually go to sleep realistically, two, but I try to go to sleep at 12 and that's pretty much my day. Thank you Vanity Fair for having me, this is everything I do in a day. Love you guys.
