You can find the draw tab on the ribbon in word, Excel and PowerPoint.

If it isn't there, just right, click on the ribbon, then select customized the ribbon, then make sure the draw boxes checked in the right pane.

Click OK and draw will now be available on the ribbon.

Draw offers three types of drawing textures pen, pencil and highlighter, each of them giving you a different look.

To choose one, just click on it and you're ready to start drawing.

If you want to change its color or thickness, click the drop down menu and select whatever you like.

When you're done, click away from the menu to resume drawing.

Let's move on to more advanced features.

If you click Inc to shape, you can turn your drawings into standard shapes like a circle square or arrow.

In addition to shapes, you can also write out complex math equations by using the ink to math Tool.

Word also gets an exclusive drawing feature called Ink editor.

Just select this tool and with a simple mark, you can select text, delete it and more.

Keep in mind that while Office 2019 has some draw functionality, Onley Office 3 65 has features like ink editor.
