But today we are going to tackle one of the most common mistakes

That is between the Present Perfect and the Simple Past tense.

Now we'll start out with a quick example.

In the sentence "I've lived in Barcelona for five years."

that would mean that in the past I moved to Barcelona and I'm still living in Barcelona.

However, if we change it to "I lived in Barcelona for five years" that would imply that...

in the past I moved to Barcelona, but now I am living somewhere else.

Now, this is just the tip of the iceberg with this complicated tense but we're gonna make a lot more fu
