  • This was one of Diego Rivera's earliest paintings.

  • The style of signature on it means that it's from Rivera's days in school.

  • For many years, the picture was thought to be lost until it showed up on an episode of Antiques Roadshow through, Ferguson came into possession of the painting which had been hanging behind the door of his great grandparent's house.

  • In addition, the flower was made with a variety of materials, including enamel, gold, diamonds and jade.

  • And I just think it provides that link for ALS, the different ages of soldiers that have soldiered with the regiment on our intending in the future to soldier in the rate of due to its pristine condition and historical significance.

  • Appraiser Geoffrey Munn valued the flower at $1.27 million becoming one of three items toe ever be valued at seven figures on the show.

  • The completed statue ended up being over 66 ft tall, with a wingspan of 177 ft.

  • This concept piece was brought in and valued at over £1 million which is more than the cost of the actual landmark.
