  • Dry shrimps, roasted and unsalted, crushed peanuts.

  • Two handfuls of trahant, beam shoots, chilies and lime wedges for serving.

  • Squeeze some lime over the food.

  • It's not too wet, Not too dry.

  • It's just perfectly dissolved into each other.
