  • Hey, guys, this is Kim Dao here.

  • Welcome back to my channel.

  • In today's video, I'm going to be showing you guys 10 things that you must buy if you go to Daiso in Japan.

  • So Daiso is very well known all around the world, and in Japan, it is known as a 100-yen store, which is approximately about a dollar.

  • When I lived in Japan, Daiso was a lifesaver because, everything being a dollar, that meant I could buy all of my necessities and not break my wallet.

  • Since I was trying to save money when I was living in Japan, if I could buy at Daiso, I would go buy at Daiso.

  • Unfortunately for me, where I live right now in Australia, there is no Daiso.

  • So, whenever I go to Japan, I always make sure I stock up on the things that I need.

  • So, I'm going to show you guys what items that I would really recommend you buy and stock up on.

  • If you go to Japan.

  • Let's stop First item I really recommend are these laundry bags so these laundry bags work Great.

  • If you want to wash your delicate clothes in washing machines, and you don't want them to get ruined.

  • And the good thing about them is that they come in all different shapes and sizes so you can get them in sizes for shirt.

  • Or you can even get them in larger sizes for knits.

  • Or you can get them in small sizes for your underwear now for clothing items, especially in it when I put them in the wash alone.

  • Sometimes they tend to stretch or get damaged.

  • Sometimes they even tend to pick up fluff from other clothing items, and then it sticks to my knits, which is really annoying to take off.

  • Now.

  • These laundry banks really solve the problem because all you do is that you put your clothing inside the bag.

  • Then you put it into the washing machine, and then once it's done, you just take it out off the bag, dry everything separately And yeah, that's pretty much it.

  • I like to have a lot of these bags and different sizes just to make sure that my clothes won't get damaged when I washed them.

  • Now, if you are watching bras, I 100% recommend you use these bags because if you don't sometimes the hook on the bra.

  • Testa, grab onto your other clothes and that can cause your clothes to get damaged.

  • Or it could also damage your bra as well.

  • Now, of course, you can hand wash your clothes.

  • But if you don't have time for that, this is something that I really recommend you use because I've used them so many times.

  • And I've never had a problem with my washing at all.

  • Next item is the stainless steel soap.

  • Now, the first time I saw this item, it raised my eyebrows because I was like, What the heck is this?

  • But then I decided to buy to try out because I was feeling very adventurous on the day.

  • And I'm very glad that I was adventurous that day because I love this.

  • I always leave it in my kitchen sink because it is great with removing really smelly things off your hands.

  • Just want to say that this doesn't exactly wash your hands, but it works great with getting rid off really strong odors off your hands.

  • So, for example, if you're cooking, you're cutting onions, garlic fish or that fun stuff on It just doesn't smell very nice on your hands afterwards sometimes, so it just doesn't get rid off the smell.

  • I just cannot deal with my hands smelling like onions or garlic or fish.

  • Especially so what you do is just use it like a normal soap.

  • Just rub it in your hands for about 30 seconds and then wash your hands.

  • Then wash your hands again with just normal soap.

  • It just feels so good to have your hands smell nice and not like, you know, stinky fish or something like that.

  • Definitely recommend this item is great.

  • Only 100 yen.

  • So a dollar and I always keep this in my kitchen, just in case I'm cooking some funky smelling things, and I don't want to smell like that for the rest of the day.

  • Speaking of kitchen things, another kitchen item I want to recommend is this kitchen timer.

  • First of all, isn't the packaging just so adorable?

  • Now this item helps you cook your eggs, however you want it, so if you look closely, you'll see words I say hard, medium or soft.

  • So you put this into the boiling water where you cook your eggs.

  • An egg timer will change color, depending on how well your egg is cooked.

  • So for May, I'm very good at hard boiling my eggs.

  • But if I'm soft boiling or medium boiling, I'm really bad at that.

  • Especially if I want the middle part to be running.

  • I just don't know how long I should keep my egg in for because I've experimented a lot.

  • Trust me, guys, if it's a hardball, I'm a big girl.

  • I could hard born egg, but medium born softball I need one needs to help me out.

  • All right now we'll be moving on to some skincare items.

  • Next item I recommended die.

  • So is this washing net now?

  • The Washington are really good if you're using them with phone cleanses with foam cleansers, if you're trying to create the phone in your hand, it just doesn't create that really soft consistency.

  • But if you use it with a net, seriously, guys, it just feels like a cloud on your face.

  • Usually, what I do is I apply a little bit off the phone cleanser onto my hand.

  • I put the net underwater for a little bit, and then I just robbed the net into my hand.

  • And as you can see here, the phone forms really easily, and now you just use this to wash your face.

  • So definitely, if you have a phone cleanser, this is a must have item in your skin care routine.

  • Best of all, it's only 100 guys only a dollar, and you can reuse this many times.

  • Next items are these compressed facial masks.

  • Now I really like this product.

  • It's so cool.

  • So you get one of these capsules, open it up, and then you put in your favorite skincare product.

  • So I usually like putting in an essence or serum, sometimes emotion, depending on what my skin feels like that day.

  • Now you put the product into the little capsule, and then you wait until the mask expands.

  • Now, once it's expanded enough, take at the mask.

  • Put on your face for about 5 to 10 minutes and take it off.

  • It's just really cool, because you can use your own skin care products on the mask.

  • Now I think this is great for people who can't use too many skincare products because I break out, and that is because you're using your own skin care products.

  • So you know exactly what is in the mask.

  • Sometimes when I use on face masks, I break out because the ingredients in the face mask just does not suit my skin.

  • And also, I think these are really great to travel around with Aziz.

  • Well, because when you travel, you don't wanna bring that many things.

  • And these are just really small and compact, very easy to use once you finish it, you could just brought up.

  • Next product, I recommend, is this three D face mask.

  • Now, I think I've recommended this in many videos before because these are really good.

  • I've been using this for years.

  • Guys.

  • One of the main problems I have with face masks is that it just does not stay on my face sometimes.

  • Usually the problem is the face mask is too big for my face, and it tends Thio fall off sometimes to prevent that from happening, I put on this face mask.

  • One of the main things I like about this is that it keeps the moisture on my face as well and prevents the face mask from evaporating.

  • So, for example, if it's a really cold day and you've got the heater on your face mask will evaporate, and when that happens, it's bad because your face mask with and try to suck at the moisture from your face, which is not what you want.

  • So if you have this face mask on your face as well, it just prevents your mask from evaporating.

  • So it just lets the goodness go into your skin's so you make the most out of your face mask.

  • E Next item I recommend.

  • That is really, really adorable Chair socks.

  • These are great for different things.

  • So, for example, for May I like to put these chair socks onto my light stands because I moved my light stands a lot when I'm storming around my apartment.

  • Now.

  • I just moved into this apartments brand new, and I've created a few dents in my walls because I just accidentally pushed my life stand into the war, and I was not happy about that.

  • But if I had these chair socks on my life stance, it prevents my walls from scratching and denting when I accidentally just smack my life stand against my wall.

  • Not that I try and do that on purpose or anything like that.

  • But also, if you have chairs in your house and you move your chairs around a lot and you don't want your tiles to get scratched, then this is something great that you can put on your chairs as well.

  • When I used to live in Japan, I put these chair socks on my coffee table because I had a massive frog on.

  • I put my table in the middle, but for some reason it would keep moving around still.

  • So what I did was I put these little babies on and it just prevented my table from moving.

  • Next item are these vacuum seal bags.

  • Now, these are a life saver when you travel a lot and want to bring a lot of clothes of you.

  • So what I do is I just fold my clothes neatly and I put them inside this bag and I try to put in as much as I can.

  • Once I put in as much as I think it can fit, I would roll up the bag, I will sit on it, and then you would seal it.

  • Now, when you seal it, it just pushes at all of the air and you can fit in so much more stuff into your suitcase.

  • Now, one thing you do have to be careful off is when I moved from Japan.

  • Battle Australia.

  • I used these vacuum seal bags all the time on because it fits in so much in your bag, it gets really heavy.

  • When I got to the airport, my bag was overweight, so I had to ship stuff back to Australia.

  • But generally, if you want to get more stuff in your bag, then these vacuum seal bags work like a charm.

  • It is very convenient to bring around with you.

  • And if you just wanna be more NATO and I guess organize your clothes better than this is also a good way.

  • Thio, organize your suitcase, which is something I'm not good at doing.

  • Mhm.

  • Next item I recommend are these cute raises.

  • Now, if you guys are planning on buying these cute raises in Japan, I 100% recommend you buy them at Darcel.

  • Only because I've seen these in other seven years stores for about 400 or 500 years, whereas in dice or you can get it for 100 years.

  • So if you guys are planning to buy a lot of these in Japan by Matt Die so you could save so much more money and they're exactly the same thing.

  • When I was still a student, I bought a bunch of these when I went to Japan on, I would use them every single day when I studied.

  • And yeah, they worked really well in Die.

  • So that has some really cute seven years that you could bring home for friends and family and vegetable, the only 100 yens and very affordable some of the seven years I recommend our fridge magnets.

  • Just look at it.

  • Isn't it so adorable?

  • I just love having food, fridge magnets on my fridge.

  • And also, who doesn't love receiving fridge magnets as presents and another souvenir that I like buying our pants Because paenza practical, everyone uses them and you can find some really cute ones in die.

  • So I just picked up the Japanese mascot pen with some sucker on them.

  • They are really adorable and also practical.

  • I think it's a great president and also something practical that you can use yourself if you just wanna pen because hey, it's just a dollar.

  • That is it for this video.

  • Hopefully keep doing that.
