  • Hi. Today I'm going to tell you about three different types of pasta.

  • The first pasta I'm going to tell you about is capellini.

  • Ca-pe-lli-ni. Also known as angel hair. This pasta is long and thin.

  • The second pasta I'm going to tell you about is spaghetti.

  • Spa-ghe-tti.

  • Spaghetti is similar to capellini in that it is long and thin, but it is a little bit thicker than capellini.

  • The third past I'm going to tell you about is linguini.

  • Lin-gui-ni. Linguini also means little tongues. Linguini is flat, long and thin.

  • So next time you're ordering pasta, you'll know just what to ask for.
