It's been a rough, rough ride in Japan with allergies, intolerances, digestive problems and like all sorts of weird issues.

Um, I appreciate all the people who have talked about the things that have happened to them, and I've been researching and reading.

There's more stuff on holistic medicine thin.

There is conventional medicine, and it's surprising that people ignore so much of it.

There's no natural doctors here.

I've been looking and like I haven't seen any anything.

If anybody knows about, like, natural doctors to go to, please let me know.

Even if they just speak Japanese, I'll go with you, G And like, we could talk to somebody together because if I keep taking antibiotics, it's just going to kill all the gut good bacteria and it's going to make me sicker.

Yeah, I just want to cook a lot here without using so many refined sugars and processed foods and all that stuff.

It's really hard to find organic things.

I'm not gonna lie, but I'm gonna do the best that I can if I can.

I'm just gonna eat, you know, the best that I can.

Going out has been more difficult since I can't eat at most restaurants.

Let's take a moment to discuss another big obsession in Japan Cats.

This whole museum is based on cats.

And when you start to think, Japan went a bit too far with this, the aesthetic cat human thing.

Whatever you wanna call it begins to grow on you pretty quickly.

The Godeau in hotel, built in 1923 and once called the Palace of the Dragon King of the Sea, has one notable space within its walls, and that is the 100 step staircase.

The staircase was preserved, and you're able to see it whenever they showcase exhibitions.

Therefore, you could only see it for a short time each year.

What's strange, though, is a staircase on Lee has 99 steps.

Why, you may ask.

Well, the number 99 signifies an open future, so I think Japan likes toe worship cats.

Cats are a big deal because the cat festivals like museums and like, Oh, it's Japan cat, actually, actually, Japan Cat, they look so real.

Things look so incredibly rial.

This is what I love about Japan.

Every museum, our exhibition you go to takes you into a whole new world, distracting you from all the craziness and stress in your life.

I was so immersed in the artistic take on cats and the architectures.

This beautiful building showcased everywhere.

Think of how much passion went into each figure and painting and book.

Japan likes to tell stories through cats because capture life.

We left for Ginza to have some gluten free pizza.

I found that eliminating gluten as much as possible for my diet gave me more energy and soothed a lot of my stomach problems I've been having and tell came along for the ride.

I'll eat like some of it if that makes you happy.

We're going to international supermarket.

And thistles like stuff that you could get in the States.

So we have, like, so, like, regular stuff that you would see American supermarket.

I got some cleaner.

I got some, like, measuring cups.

I got celery got coconut milk, coconut flakes, all sorts of stuff.

So I'm, like, super excited to use all this.

They have, like, real towels, but they're like $20 e.

No, there's so soft.

Like, I kind of wanna buy these.

Invest in these for a new apartment.

I gotta put this in the bridge.

I got celery to snack on.

I got coconut milk.

I love coconut milk, so I'm gonna have it's gluten free.

GMO free.

Nothing artificial.

It's part coconut milk parts part coconut milk, part rice milk.

So, yeah, I'm going Thio have some of this.

Some bob's red mills coconut flakes.

And then the next thing that I got waas cleaner method and to back bathroom cleaner.

This was recommended by Mariana.

So I got this and I got some new measuring cups because I will be cooking.

Ah, lot.

These air both metrics like cup and Miller milliliters.

So I'm really glad that it has both.
