  • Hi, everyone.

  • I hope you're all home and safe and that the back of your hair

  • is even.

  • You know what?

  • Don't worry about it.

  • I'm sure it looks fine.

  • We have been in quarantine for a few months now.

  • We are-- I don't know about you, but we

  • stress ate through March.

  • We drank so much in April no one remembers it.

  • Now it's the middle of May, and everyone

  • has Cheeto fingers and a drinking problem

  • and their natural hair color.

  • I don't know about you, but I think we've all been

  • overindulging and under-moving a little too much--

  • me included.

  • I tried to put a pair of pants on that I hadn't worn

  • since before quarantine today.

  • And I'll be honest--

  • I cried.

  • Yeah, I did.

  • Tear, right there.

  • How are you feeling, Andy?

  • Physically.

  • I feel good.

  • This is a lot of exercise for me--

  • more than I normally get at the regular show.

  • So this has been awesome.

  • I feel good.

  • Not really.

  • You pace back and forth at the regular show.

  • What I'm saying is I'm in good shape, Ellen.

  • Oh, I see.

  • I see.

  • Everyone has their own way of staying fit.

  • I saw a new commercial from Fitbit

  • that shows all the different things people are doing.

  • Take a look.

  • [MUSIC PLAYING]

  • To all of you doing your part--

  • on the front lines or at home, turning those living rooms

  • into gyms, getting creative in the kitchen,

  • or making out with a tree in the backyard.

  • I love you, tree.

  • I love you, tree.

  • Yeah, kiss it.

  • Thank you.

  • We're all in this together.

  • Love is love.

  • My God.

  • Well, I thought that we could use this time today

  • to move around and get some exercise.

  • And contrary to popular belief, you

  • don't need a Fitbit or fancy home gym equipment.

  • All you need is a professional dancer friend contractually

  • obligated to work for you.

  • So hi, tWitch.

  • Hi, Ellen.

  • So you're in incredible shape.

  • But now during the quarantine, you

  • did mention you were not eating the same as before.

  • It is tough.

  • Yeah.

  • It's tough.

  • You know, the quarantine snacks-- they're

  • a little more delicious.

  • They're a little more delicious.

  • Yeah.

  • You're still doing better than most of us.

  • So you probably just--

  • you probably, like, have a--

  • do you have a six-pack still?

  • Or a four-pack?

  • Yeah, it's there.

  • But it's a little-- it's a little expanded.

  • You know?

  • There's a little bit more behind it.

  • I see.

  • All right, well I want you to show

  • us and some viewers at home some simple things we can do

  • to stay fit during quarantine.

  • So Andy, are you ready?

  • Yeah.

  • I'll do some exercise.

  • All right.

  • What do we do, tWitch?

  • Talk to us.

  • OK, so first of all, you just need--

  • you got to warm up.

  • OK?

  • So get a little warm-up in there.

  • All right.

  • Awesome.

  • All right, I warmed up.

  • Andy's warming up.

  • Excellent.

  • OK, now everybody get into plank position.

  • OK?

  • Oh, all right.

  • All right.

  • All right.

  • There we go.

  • Andy, you want to sing?

  • Sing it.

  • (SINGING) Her name is Rio, and she dances on the sand.

  • OK.

  • (SINGING) Just like the river through a--

  • Now what?

  • (SINGING) --dusty land.

  • Great.

  • OK, good.

  • OK, so everybody come up.

  • That was great.

  • (SINGING) And when shines--

  • Everyone come up?

  • Everyone come up.

  • Everyone come on up, yep.

  • Nobody wants to hear you sing anymore.

  • Yup.

  • Now listen.

  • Yeah?

  • Now what?

  • Now we got to get some cardio in.

  • My favorite form of cardio is dance, obviously.

  • So look, this it what we're going to do.

  • It's a simple two-step, just modified

  • to be a little more cardio.

  • So all right, get your two-step going.

  • All right?

  • Just side to side.

  • What's a two-step?

  • Uh-huh.

  • Do we have music?

  • (SINGING) Her name is Rio, and she dances on the sand.

  • Just bring out the energy from the floor.

  • You see what I'm saying.

  • (SINGING) Just like the river--

  • Yep, yep.

  • Side to side.

  • Uh, uh, uh.

  • It's better with music, really, without--

  • (SINGING) And when she shines, she really shows you all she

  • can.

  • That's it.

  • That's good, right?

  • Y'all feel a little bit more in shape?

  • Good workout.

  • A little bit more?

  • Yup.

  • I think we need to do more of that.

  • Are we all done?

  • It's over?

  • No, I mean, Ellen, the thing is, you earned that.

  • What we just did-- you earned that right there.

  • That was good.

  • I know.

  • Yeah, you earned that.

  • I feel ripped now.

  • I feel real ripped.

  • [LAUGHS]

  • Me, too.

  • Why's he laughing?

  • Andy.

  • What?

  • If you're thirsty, there's water out there.

  • I was just looking for a bottle.

  • It's in a bottle.

  • It's filled with water from the hose.

  • It's not a bottle.

  • It's a can.

  • It's a watering can, actually.

  • This?

  • Uh-huh.

  • Couldn't find a bottle.

  • That's unbelievable.

  • Unbelievable.

  • You're welcome.

  • God.
