  • Right now, I want to talk about what's happening.

  • So I have an idea.

  • In order to motivate everyone to get a little more exercise,

  • people are always talking about how important it is

  • to have a strong core, right?

  • And by people, I mean Mario Lopez.

  • Yeah.

  • So I've come up with a challenge to inspire everybody

  • to strengthen their core.

  • And it doesn't take any equipment at all.

  • You can do it in your living room,

  • or bedroom, or out on the lawn.

  • I'm calling it Plank That Song.

  • So here's how it works.

  • All you have to do is pick any song, sing it all the way

  • through while you're holding a plank.

  • But make sure you're filming yourself doing it.

  • And then you post it wherever you posts things

  • and challenge three friends to do it.

  • All right.

  • I'm happy to say that Andy has volunteered

  • to show everyone how it's done.

  • Andy?
