  • - Now one of the things that almost all millionaires

  • have in common is, they have exceptional,

  • I mean exceptional communication skills,

  • because they recognize that communication equals wealth.

  • Now, it could be communication skill

  • in terms of public speaking, one to many,

  • or communication skill like this, one-on-one.

  • Sales, closing, negotiation,

  • it could be communication in terms of in print,

  • I call that copywriting.

  • They have exceptional communication skills.

  • They know how to get their ideas across.

  • They know how to persuade influence

  • and convince someone to take action

  • because that's the only way you can create leverage in life,

  • and that's the very first step to creating wealth.

  • Over the years, I have met a lot of people.

  • The ones who are unethical,

  • most of the time, not all the time but,

  • the ones that are unethical,

  • the ones that actually rip people off,

  • they are the ones who don't have a lot of money.

  • The ones who are actually generous,

  • the one who have integrity,

  • the one who deliver on what they promise,

  • guess who they are?

  • They are the wealthy people.

  • That's how they get wealthy.

  • Money earned is always a byproduct of value creation.

  • It's very, very simple.

  • The more value you deliver to people,

  • the more money you're going to make.

  • Communication equals wealth.

  • Now, some people they might say,

  • well, but then if I learn how to persuade,

  • if I learn to influence other people,

  • is that unethical?

  • Does that mean manipulation?

  • But if you use it with good intention, that's awesome.

  • I call that influence with integrity.

  • But use it for evil purposes, that will work too.

  • However, that's manipulation.

  • The better communicator you are,

  • the wealthier you will become.

  • Marketing is communication, selling is communication.

  • Leadership is communication.

  • It's all communication.

  • So if you're struggling, if you can't,

  • "Oh, how come my employees don't listen to me?"

  • Well, you're lousy communicator.

  • I haven't met a great entrepreneur

  • who is not a great communicator.

  • Financial confidence.

  • That's the truth.

  • What does it mean?

  • Hands up, what's the difference?

  • Financial confidence versus financial freedom.

  • Financial confidence, it's income on demand.

  • That knowing you have the confidence, the ability,

  • you can go anywhere, anything,

  • any industry, and you can make money.

  • I don't need a government.

  • I don't need a company.

  • I don't need an industry.

  • I don't even need my fucking business to provide.

  • I can provide.

  • I make me money.

  • Give me nothing.

  • Nothing.

  • Take away everything I have, doesn't matter.

  • Any business I could go in, I could sell.

  • I could generate revenue.

  • Doesn't matter what it is.

  • I can be selling an app, I can be selling a service,

  • I can be selling a product, doesn't matter.

  • So develop that.

  • That's the truth.

  • The financial confidence.

  • Act as if you're already wealthy,

  • and then you'll surely become wealthy.

  • Act as if you have unshakable confidence,

  • then people will surely have confidence in you.

  • Act as if you're a leader and people will follow you.

  • And act as if you're already a tremendous success,

  • and then you will become successful.

- Now one of the things that almost all millionaires
