Welcome to show me the curry dot com I'm hit I'm a ninja.

And today we're gonna show you how to make caramel sauce at home as such A yummy worst tell recipe.

So here I have a heavy bottom pan and we're gonna add one a cup of sugar, plain white sugar to it.

And I have a heavy bottom saucepan over here.

I'm gonna have this on a separate stove simultaneously, and I will allow it to come to a boil.

And once it comes to board, I went out in 1/4 teaspoon off cinnamon powder and just mix it in and have it ready when she needs it to caramelize the sugar.

I have that heavy bottom pan on my stove, and I'm gonna put it on medium heat, and we're gonna let the sugar melt on its own without disturbing it, and you'll see it'll start forming liquids on the edges, and we're not gonna touch it until we see that happening.
