I'm I'm a new job and today we're gonna show you a really fabulous sweep.

So basically sweet potatoes with pecan on coconut crumble.

So this recipe actually was inspired by Kavita Till she's got a block.

So hoping over to her block, check it out.

It's about £1 we took the regular sweet potatoes.

So they're nice sized cubes, like so, and we're ready to cook these things.

It's a rich dessert on anyone, so we're gonna skip that.

We're definitely going to use key and then turn it on on a medium claim right now and then add a couple of things to infuse the flavor of the key.

This is three big sized cinnamon sticks, approximately 10 sprigs off time, and I'm also going to put in a Reggie.

Now this is optional, but I can't get the balance, the sweetness of the parade or really beautifully.

So you're just gonna this there so sweet potatoes are off the stove and ensure the pie plate or serving dish.

And so we're gonna make sure that their flat and one single flat layer not a mountain like that because we have some shopping to go in there.

They look amazing and they're delicious just like this.

So we've got 1/3 of a cup off roughly crushed boats.

We've got 1/4 cup off desiccated coconut.

You can also use fresh, large, handful off roughly crushed pecans.

We like the texture, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, two tablespoons of flour.

And we also have our oven preheating at 375 degrees.

And it's ready for us, and we're gonna go ahead and mix this through.

There's no lumps in here so that they do have the balance of the key left over from the cooking of the three potatoes.

And we did pull out all the stems from the time and we pulled out all the other spices, and the little leaves in the time are still in there.

We want them in there, and once again, we're gonna mix us through and make sure all that dry mixture is moistened with that.

He is so flavorful because it's got all that infused cinnamon and time flavor in there.

Actually, I just need to work at it a little bit.

Everything is completely coated in that nice G.

Spread that very evenly for us humanly as I can.

A couple of those pecans on top so we can see them.

The sweet potato with coconut and began humble.

It actually took on Lee 25 minutes in our oven.

So please keep an eye on that between 25 30 minutes, right?

If you can see there's a few golden spots, and that was like, perfect indicator.

So I think now we have to just so okay, look at that.

And it's still very nice and crumbly, which is nice.

I think one of the reasons why people love super potatoes is the first thing you get attracted to because days let's give this a try.

It does get a little bit of a combo, a little bit of this.

There's so many things I love about this.

The softness of the sweet potato, the crunch of the crumble slight, him salted gold of the super burrito on cinnamon.

Don't be so we can, because we didn't really crush them.

It's actually very surprising because we did cook that sweet potato first.

Then we baked it, and after all of that, look at the texture.

It's not like obliterated, like completely much nothing.

Absolutely, you can serve it with a side of ice cream.
