  • Hi.

  • Welcome to show me her dot com.

  • I'm single, and today we have Jen from cupcakes and cardio with us, and I'm so excited to have you with me that she's gonna show us how to make this special recipe.

  • But before we get to that, tell me about your channel because it's so interesting that bakes cardio.

  • So the base of it is cupcakes and cookies and cake decorating.

  • But we live in the Rocky Mountains and being so close, we're trying to find a way to combine the cupcakes and the rocking out in love.

  • And so we have a backpack taking oven that we put in our backpacks and go on Mike and bake at the trail at the peak of wherever we end of life into.

  • That's amazing because the backpacking kind of foods that I've had, I don't it never never included anything like fresh baked cookies and cakes and at the end, like the reward of pulling something out of the oven.

  • And it's warm and it's like, usually cold, of course, and it's just so awesome to do.

  • You have other, like hikers, Backpackers kind of like way where we go like We live in such a small area that there's not a lot of population, so you don't couple in damp in like in Alberta.

  • But even then, like, there wasn't a lot of people around.

  • Nobody's taking thanks so much for sharing that.

  • But today we're gonna make a bachelor brownie.

  • Now, I know we're calling it a factual a brownie, but we realize that a lot of people don't have the luxury of having a full kitchen, whether you're a student or bachelor or or sometimes you're starting out legs estudio what not you don't have a full set.

  • So this is perfect because it's gonna make a single serving horse, and you don't need anything but right away.

  • So, yes, it's super simple.

  • So we have two tablespoons of butter right here and just a little pinch of salt.

  • Something concrete that first.

  • And while that's happening also, we have two tablespoons of plain sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar can continue to create.

  • Can we also have his egg yolk?

  • We've removed the white that little health things on.

  • Here's a little splash of vanilla.

  • Just eyeball that.

  • But this is a single survey.

  • So you don't use too much.

  • I love you.

  • Perfect.

  • So now we have three tablespoons of flour.

  • We're gonna go mix that in.

  • I'm a little out of time because it's a little dry right now, so just incorporate better.

  • We all saw the tablespoon of unsweetened couple powder.

  • Fine.

  • This is an optional step, but we've got little, many chocolate chips because added there, they're cute and, you know, just makes the whole thing even more chocolate so that no, I love like that little extra bit of texture.

  • That chocolate.

  • Yes.

  • You're exactly like I think it's the best part of it.

  • And you.

  • So finally, everything's mixed together and we have these cute little ram begins, and you can use anything you have at home.

  • But we just haven't have these little mini size.

  • So if you want to make this whole thing as a single serving, you could do that.

  • Otherwise you can split into three, not feel as guilty, share any one at a time.

  • Yeah, exactly.

  • So you want to make sure that whatever you're using, whatever bowl you're using, you don't want to fill it more than half.

  • Because once it goes into the microwave, it's gonna start expanding and cuffing.

  • You don't wanna mess over the top, so let's go and fill these.

  • So we have a batter divided equally into three little portions, and now we're gonna put this in the microwave.

  • Now, everybody's microwaves are different.

  • The power is of course, different.

  • So any time that we give you, it's just gonna be a shaman dark.

  • Of course, we're using a 900 watt microwave right now, so it's gonna take anywhere between like 45 to 75 seconds, and you have a more powerful microwave cut down the time you have less, less powerful increases.

  • But bottom line is the's a very small portions.

  • If you want to try one kind of get a handle on it before you, you go through with the rest of it.

  • And if you were to put it in like one big one would be bigger for longer.

  • Yes, we went, Yeah, just because the surface area is more and just take it.

  • But we're gonna take this and we'll be right back.

  • So our national Romney's came out, have a microwave and look at them.

  • There's amazing they smell basically yeah, but again, it was a 900 watt microwave, and we make it exactly 45 seconds and came up.

  • You join individual to exactly.

  • You ready to try?

  • Dig in?

  • Yeah, it's warm and chocolate.

  • Now.

  • I love people like the brownies.

  • Different picture.

  • Some people like dens and chewy.

  • And some people like a more like cake, like so, if you want it like chew me then just called it a little bit less Yet you're that perfect soft family.

  • But if you like it more like a cake, it's a little bit drier than just a little bit more.

  • You got me.
