and today on Hilah Cooking I'm gonna show you how to make

to use one of their recipes for a Veracruz ranch dip,

And I'm stoked because I just love potatoes and dip,

We'll start out with the dip because it needs to

hang out in the fridge and mingle for an hour,

And then a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch.

So I've got these nice evenly sized russet potatoes.

I keep it all together like this to try to stabilize it.

And I'll just do this with the rest of my potatoes.

OK, once you've got all your potato wedges,

I've got a bowl here with couple tablespoons of oil.

because I think those will go really well

with the flavors in the Veracruz ranch dip,

you could add whatever you think might be good.

but I'm hoping that chef baby will eat these,

The easiest way to do it is really just to get

and toss them all around to get everything coated.

It also doubles as a nice moisturizing treatment

And then try to get this as even as possible.

And you just wanna put them out in a single layer.

so you can put the thicker ones towards the outside,

This would be a fun thing to get kids involved in.

OK, then we're gonna put these in the oven,

pull them out, given them a little flip-arusky.
