  • These are you have to be professional and demonstrate trustworthiness of a LL times.

  • You have to be available at all times as and when required.

  • I am a highly professional, trustworthy, loyal and dedicated person who can be relied upon to deal with everything professionally, the forms part of the executive assistant role.

  • I have a proven track record, but organizing efficiently and I will be available as and when required to perform my duties to the highest standards possible.

  • I fully understand how important this role is to both you as an individual and also to the effective operation of your organization.

  • I'm very passionate about my work, and I take great pride in being the best executive assistant possible.

  • If you hire me, I will never let you down, and I will support you wholeheartedly in everything you do.

  • So that's a really strong response, and it gets you off on the right foot for your executive assistant into.

  • Here's my suggested answer to this interview question.

  • In my experience, there are seven really important qualities and executive assistant needs if they are to perform the role to the standard required.

  • First, you need professionalism.

  • Everything you do has to be at the highest level possible.

  • You also need great organizational skills because making mistakes is simply not acceptable In this type of rock, you also need loyalty and integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality.

  • That's all times you will need to remain calm and composed on.

  • Also take responsibility for your actions on for making things happen quickly and efficiently.

  • You will also need great communication skills and finally, a strong and positive personality on.

  • Also be capable of acting is a good role model for the organization you are working for.

  • And I like the fact that you're using like a set number of skills and qualities that you're saying there are seven really important qualities, so that demonstrates that you really know the role inside out.

  • Next question, a tough one is our executive assistant.

  • You will need to act with professionalism and integrity at all times.

  • Described a time when you acted with integrity in a previous role.

  • Here we go.

  • Here's my suggestion.

  • In a previous role, I was working as a personal assistant to a CEO.

  • We held a meeting for a number of key clients, and it was my responsibility to take meeting notes and to also provide general administrative support.

  • During the meeting, one particular client made inappropriate remarks which were clearly aimed at me.

  • I felt he was trying to undermine my position as the P A.

  • Now, throughout the meeting, I maintain total professionalism and did not let the comments deter me from carrying out my role professionally and diligently.

  • Not once did I react to the comments.

  • If I become your executive assistant, I will always act with complete professionalism and integrity at all times and will be a positive role model for your organization's.

  • That's a real strong response, and it shows that you are a professional and integral person by providing evidence in your response of a specific situation you've been in before.

  • Next question is our executive assistant.

  • How would you organize your workload?

  • So you have to be organized.

  • As your executive assistant, I understand how important it is to be highly organized and efficient.

  • There is no room for error within this type of role, and you need to be on top of things consistently on dhe continually.

  • Although I do have a naturally strong memory, I never solely rely on this to ensure I remember everything and stay on top of my workload.

  • I utilize the Wonder list app for organizing and completing tasks and make sure I complete it religiously every day.

  • The up itself can be accessed by anyone, including yourself, so you get to see where I am with a specific task or project in real time 24 hours a day.

  • I have never made a mistake with in my previous rolls on.

  • I believe one of my core strengths is the ability to plan and organize effectively at all times.
