  • Aloha, everyone, and welcome back to my kitchen.

  • I have been gone for a while.

  • I can't promise you that this is gonna be, you know, on ongoing thing.

  • But I do have the time today to throw together something for you that I wish to share with you.

  • I am going to be making banana mochi bread today.

  • The first thing we're going to add is one box or 16 ounces of multiple flower.

  • Magical flower is a sweet rights flower that even though it's called a glutinous lower, contains no gluten whatsoever.

  • We are also going to add one cup of biz quick pancake and baking mix.

  • Now, people, um from away from outside of the U.

  • S, you're gonna have to Google that to see what you have that is similar.

  • Okay, because I don't know what ISS four teaspoons of baking soda and four teaspoons of cinnamon, as well as one teaspoon of assaults.

  • And then we have two cups of sugar.

  • So I'm going to just mix this up together before we start to add in our liquid things.

  • Another thing that I have already prepared ahead of time is a cup you can use walnuts or Oh, macadamia nuts.

  • Since we're here in Hawaii, I am adding the MCA, Damian.

  • It's how I prepared them ahead of time is I put them into my having to roast for a little bit until they were nice and brown.

  • And that's just going to bring out the nutty flavor for that.

  • Okay, next, I'm going to make add my eggs until the batter is well blended.

  • So you don't need to watch me.

  • You that So I'm going to just turn you off for now.

  • I forgot to add that I have a cup and 1/2 of oil as well as three teaspoons of vanilla that we're seeing in here.

  • I wondered why there was not a little enough liquid, but I had I measured that aside because my oil is located elsewhere.

  • We're just gonna finish mixing this until it comes together.

  • I have also appreciated my oven to 350 degrees.

  • I've mashed three very ripe bananas, and as I mentioned earlier, I have the cup off.

  • Um, I'm academia nuts that I'm also going to be adding to this.

  • I'm just gonna go ahead, get that already.

  • Ted, you're going to want to Greece.

  • 4854 Bread pan isn't doing my own thing.

  • And I'm sure that some of you will probably want updates.

  • Scott's doing fine, Granny.

  • I'd love to say was doing fine, but actually, she's gonna be discharged from the hospital tomorrow.

  • Um, she's just having issues with her one kidney that she has, um you know, she was born with one kidney, so she has to be very careful with her diet.

  • They start to get brown fairly quickly, but I didn't cover it or anything, and they ended up just beautiful.
