  • And today we're gonna show you a very simple now tons of flavor and back with a lot of goodies in it.

  • So we peel that we cut it into small pieces and it is ready.

  • This recipe can easily be made on the stove, but we have our instant pot, and we've had a lot of requests for instant pot recipes, and this is actually perfect recipe for that.

  • We're going to switch it on, and we're gonna go to the saute mode, and we already have two tablespoons of oil heating up while then soup pot is heating as well.

  • So the two tablespoons of oil in the instant part on their heart because Adam half a teaspoon off human seeds and half a teaspoon of mustard seeds and allow the master sees two ball and once the mustard seed start popping, we have one Dr Red Chili in a break, and that, as well as a few curry leaves clocking in at a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of turmeric cub.

  • And we're gonna go ahead and I don't like it.

  • Now what we're gonna do is we're gonna manually release the pressure from this, and a little pressure has gone down.

  • It is now safe to open.

  • So this looks perfect.

  • And there is a little bit off a grave, your little bit of liquid.

  • And that's exactly how we wanted.

  • Over time, the moon double actually absorb a little bit more of the liquid and so over the kohlrabi.

  • But this is perfect.

  • It goes great.

  • Which parties?

  • And with rice.

  • So it's right.

  • So So I moved on and kohlrabi and kill is ready.

  • You know, dish cramping, right It's got proteins.

  • It's got veggies, fiber green breeds everything in one.

  • And to me, I feel like sometimes you run out of vegetables to come.

  • Every single day.

  • You have your standard cauliflower and your standard I planned and so forth and so forth.

  • But it gets old after a while.

  • So this is such a refreshing combination of things, especially from me.

  • And I'm not talking for everybody, but I never use school or B.

  • I never use Kale on a regular basis.

  • It's very hard to use.

  • But in this dish, kind of everything comes together, and it's all all still comforting at the same time.

  • Unusual, the comforting right so this particular dog can be had with, like rice or or just bodies, arenas, non or something.

  • It's again.

  • You don't need any more side dishes with it.

  • This is just perfect by itself.

  • So I think the last thing we love to do is squeeze some lime on it because eight and you dollars proteins.

  • Basically, you use some line, helps you break down protein in your body.

  • So here you go day.

  • So good.

  • Try some everything.

  • Very nice, rustic and yummy flavor.

  • Not the fact that the movie has not like just, you know, it still has a little bit of texture when you bite into it.

  • You know you're biting into a dollar, which is really nice, citing the light.

  • That whole process of just putting it and and cooking it in the oil before you add the water really does Drink helps retain that shape.
