  • Oh, everyone, this is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we are making chocolate covered peanut butter crunch balls.

  • Say that 10 times fast, There you U two's best for creative things.

  • It's cooking and crap.

  • Sting.

  • Hey, kids, I have two cups of crunchy peanut butter.

  • This is actually extra crunchy Jeff, so there's a lot of peanuts in there, and I am going to put in 1/2 of a cup for one stick of softened challenge.

  • Butter Challenge is a brand, and I'm gonna mix that together until it as well combined.

  • I'm adding in a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  • This is vanilla paste, so it does a pure thicker than what it normally would be.

  • Lost.

  • Peter.

  • There once that has combined, I have a total here of three and 1/2 to 4 cups of CNH powdered sugar.

  • It is also called confectioner's sugar.

  • We're gonna add that in half of a cup or so at a time, and we want to just make sure that it is ninth and smooth.

  • I used about three to about three and 1/4 cups of the peanut butter, and it just didn't seem like it was staying nice and smooth ish like.

  • Anyway, now we're adding in the crunch, which is two cups of rice krispie treat or Rice Krispie um, serial, and we're just going to stir that in.

  • Then I'm going to get my little cookie scooper, and I have a tray lined with wax paper, and I'm gonna use my cookie school to make some balls and place it on that tree.

  • And I'm gonna put that into the refrigerator to get a little bit harder before we start putting it into the chocolate, the chocolate covering that made 41 balls.

  • So they're gonna go into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • These have been in the fridge for day, so I am using these dark melting wafers because thes seemed to work a lot better for me here in Hawaii than chocolate chips.

  • But you can also meltdown chocolate chips.

  • You will then take a toothpick or wouldn't cure and into dip it into your melted chocolate.

  • And then I'm going to place it down onto the wax paper, and the chocolate will cover the spot that wasn't covered.

  • It's easier to do it the old school way by just putting it onto a fork on dhe, letting a trip a little before you place it onto the train.

  • There you go.

  • Chocolate covered peanut butter crunch bars.

  • Enjoy.

  • I had some of the Crunch Metz, and that stuff was good.

  • I can only imagine that with chocolate on it, it's gonna be even better.

  • I tasted more of these.

  • They're absolutely delicious with the chocolate on that.

  • I hope you make these and I hope you enjoy them.
