  • Hello, everyone.

  • This is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we are going to be making some copycat Starbucks cranberry bliss bars U two's best for creative things.

  • It's cooking and crap.

  • Hey, kids, we're gonna start with creaming together one and 1/2 sticks of softened challenge brand butter, and we're also going to be adding one and a four cups of packed brown sugar, 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt.

  • So I'm gonna go ahead and cream that together I have three eggs we're gonna add in one egg at a time, and we're going to make sure that that is incorporated fully before adding in the next egg, as well as one end and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

  • I have 1/2 of a teaspoon of baking powder and you can put in two tablespoons of minced crystallized ginger or one teaspoon of finely grated fresh ginger, and then I'm also going to add in one and 1/2 cups of all purpose flop.

  • We're gonna have this come together.

  • At this point, we're going to add in anywhere between three fours to one and 1/2 cups of cranberries.

  • I'm using the dried cranberries.

  • You can also get them as home crazy ins, and then we're gonna add in four ounces of white chocolate chips, and then we're just gonna pull those in.

  • I have prepared a 12 by 16 inch baking pan with some parchment paper, so I used to pieces because it doesn't quite cover 12 16 inch pan.

  • Now, um, we're gonna have to try to get all of this spread out over this entire pan.

  • So we need thio.

  • Use a wet hand or wet spatula in order to do so.

  • It didn't go all the way out to the very edges, but I think it may spread if it doesn't no big deal.

  • And this is gonna go to our 350 degree of them for 10 minutes until the middle is baked through.

  • You want to make sure that you do not overbake these because they will become extremely dry.

  • This took about 16 minutes.

  • The edges, you know, are I can tell a little on the brown side, but the middle parts will be perfect.

  • So that is four ounces or half of this block of challenge brand cream cheese.

  • I am going to add in one teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  • I have four cups or sorry, three cups of powdered CNH sugar and I have here for teaspoons of lemon juice, which is about the equivalent of one lemon, and I am going to beat this until it's creamy.

  • No, I am going to spread this frosting over the entire poor, and I'm going to Sprinkle it with the half of a cup of Dr Cranberries.

  • I have 2 to 3 ounces.

  • Looks like more like four of white chocolate chips that I am going to melt in the microwave a little bit at a time until it's nice and melted after you get your white chips.

  • Milkin.

  • I can never do this.

  • That's hot.

  • I never have luck with white chocolate anyway.

  • That should be at a better drizzling point.

  • I don't know if it's just Hawaii, because I see everybody else has no issues whatsoever.

  • Um, yeah, it needs to be a better spreading consistency than this, but anyway, go ahead and get your chocolate drizzled a crossed your her bars and then what you want to do before you go ahead and serve, it is cut off the edges just to give it a new, even playing field, and then you can cut it up.

  • But you do want to allow this to sit for a while so that the white chocolate has a chance to set before you cut it, because it will then give you a better chance at cutting necks and not making such a mess.

  • So there you go, star.

  • But cranberry bliss bars Angela.

  • And meanwhile, I took a piece of this and I seriously wish I had had the camera running because I put this in my mouth and I said, Oh my God, these are so good.

  • I can barely stand myself seriously as a heart attack.

  • There you go.

  • Copycat Starbucks Cranberry bliss bars enjoy.
