  • Hey, kids, today we're making raspberry orange muffins U two's best for creative things.

  • Hey, kids, In a large bowl, we are going to combine one cup of all purpose flour, One cup of whole wheat pastry flour.

  • Um, I'm not sure if it's absolutely you know, something that you have tohave, but Red Mill makes this whole wheat pastry flour that I found and it wasn't two incredibly expensive.

  • And also 2/3 cup of granulated sugar, for we're just going to combine this out and fix it up.

  • We're gonna put it on the side and in a large glass measuring cup, we are going to Oh, I'm sorry.

  • I also needed to combine my powders and salt.

  • So, um, we have two teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 of a teaspoon of baking soda on DDE, 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt.

  • I created my oven at 400 degrees, and I lined my muffin tin with liners.

  • So in this one we are going to add one cup of yogurt.

  • Whoa!

  • Ah, fourth of a cup of unsalted butter that has been melted.

  • Two eggs.

  • What a teaspoon of vanilla I'm using vanilla paste.

  • So it also contains vanilla seeds in there and then the zest of one orange.

  • Since I existed two oranges yesterday, I will put in half that is contained in here.

  • I'm going to mixed that up.

  • And we are going to pour this over the dry ingredients, and I'm gonna use a rubber spatula to mix it together.

  • This is just so that we do not overworked the dough.

  • So put that sure that egg is totally incorporated.

  • We'll put that in there.

  • I'm gonna It makes it all together just until it is moist.

  • Smells wish with that.

  • Sorry.

  • Moved you out for half a minute or three there.

  • Just until this is moist.

  • And then I'm going to add in one cup of raspberries.

  • I took my raspberries and I cut them in half.

  • There we go.

  • And it says to gently talks to combine.

  • I got pizza.

  • A little bit of yogurt on one, one of them.

  • All right.

  • So I'm just gonna gently toss and make sure that it gets in there pretty good so that each muffin will have some of the luscious raspberry on dhe.

  • I am going to use my scoop here as always, Because you know how much I love to make sure that everything is all uniform in size, that they all cook at the same rate of speed.

  • And so, you know, my pre heated oven I told you, was that 400?

  • No.

  • And we are going to put that into that pre hated of them for 13 to 15 minutes.

  • So let me complete this and toss that into the oven and we'll be back.

  • I ended up having to cook these for a total of 17 minutes, so make sure you start checking at the 14 minute mark like I did so they're Ugo raspberry orange muffins.
