  • Hello, everyone.

  • Welcome to my kitchen.

  • Today we're making a red velvet Oreo truffle brownies.

  • The first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna preheat our oven to 350 degrees.

  • I lines my nine by 13 pan with parchment paper, but you can use foil either way and make sure that you spray it down with some cooking spray.

  • Next, we're going to get together our cake mix, which is a red velvet cake necks.

  • I went ahead and I melted half of a cup of butter on 1/2 to eggs.

  • Here.

  • We're gonna mix it all up together, We're gonna pour it into the dish, and we are going to bake that for between 5 to 18 minutes.

  • You want to make sure that you do not overbake this?

  • So in my bowl here is your red velvet mix, the two eggs and the half a cup of melted butter.

  • I'm just gonna pick her up nice and well, I'm poor her into that dish that I have prepared shown it before.

  • What I do is I put it's gonna be a little stiff.

  • I might have chosen the wrong thing to mix it up with.

  • I decided to do it by hand instead of using money mixer so I will have to scoop.

  • This helps, but what I've done is I take the parchment paper.

  • I place it underneath the the pan that you're going to use.

  • I draw around it with a pencil.

  • You know, if you can see the markings there and then I slice or use my picking cheers to cut into the corners so that it will sit in there nicely.

  • The mix is a lunatic, so I broke it up into, like, three different piles, and I'm just using you bachelor to push it down into place because it's been sprayed.

  • It helps with adhering to the bottom, so it's just you have to move a little slower.

  • Normal, but it's easy to do.

  • I'm just gonna go ahead, help her of quite easy dessert to put together.

  • It doesn't take a whole lot of time to buy, revealed that Browning See you in about 15 minutes while the brownies are in the oven.

  • I pulled out the second step, which is an entire bag of Oreo cookies, and I'm grinding it up in my and I went ahead and I melted another half a cup quitter, and that's gonna be together.

  • So it goes.

  • Just use the same bowl that I used from the first step.

  • I just pulled the brownies out.

  • So what I'm gonna do is have one cup here of heavy whipping cream, and I'm gonna put that onto the stove and we're going to allow that to come to a low boil.

  • And in this there's talk.

  • Here I have one and 1/2 cups of chocolate chips.

  • So we're gonna get that to the Globe oil.

  • I am going to bring our wrong super hot from the oven.

  • So probably should wait to put this on because I'll probably and touching this man.

  • How many people do that?

  • Like, I'll pull a skillet out of the oven and put it on top of the stove and forget that it had been in the oven.

  • Yeah.

  • Yeah, that's always not a fun thing.

  • We're just gonna go ahead and spread this out.

  • We're going to pack.

  • Okay, So I wasn't paying attention on that.

  • Got a little bit bigger than a low bullying, So I'm gonna go ahead and pour this over.

  • We're going to allow this.

  • All right, so it has been five minutes.

  • I am going to whisk this until it all comes together.

  • When she comes together, I'll bring you back and show you what it all looks like.

  • All right, so after you finally get this together, it starts to get nice and thick.

  • You have to, um, actually whisk it for quite a bit.

  • You do want to try to get it as smooth as possible, because that'll help thicken it up this tonight.

  • I'm sure you just go ahead and pour this over the top of this desert here.

  • So let's get all this beautiful, man.

  • I also have a bag here of many chopping shells.

  • Chocolate overload, right?

  • Guys, we're now gonna put this into the refrigerator.

  • Needed to be refrigerated at least 35 or 30 to 45 minutes for everything to set up.

  • And then when you do store it, you can either keep it refrigerated or you can keep it at room temperature.

  • Either way is okay.

  • I'm going to suspect that this is not going to sit around long enough to go back.

  • Sit out.

  • Sweat.

  • There you go.

  • Red velvet.

  • Oreo truffle brownies and joy.

  • Last night I took this to a friend's house and I brought home a piece so that I could taste this.

  • It is absolutely delicious.

  • You think it would be like super supersweet overload.

  • And while it's sweet, for some reason that truffle layer right there gives it a little bit softer, you know it's a little softer touch to it.

  • I would suggest that you take it if you are keeping it in the refrigerator to take it out of the refrigerator and let it come down to, um, room temperature for a little bit so that it just kind of men's together because right out of the refrigerator she comes apart like this, right?

  • But that's because the the Oriole crust part wasn't cooked in with the brownie section.

  • But do you see how flat the brownies came after everything you know, was put together.

  • But everything lends a really beautiful flavor together.

  • Everyone who had it enjoyed it, so I hope you do, too.

  • So here we have red velvet Oreo truffle brownies.

  • Enjoy.

  • As always.
