  • Hello, everybody.

  • This is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we are going to be making ah mango cheesecake U two's best for creative things.

  • It's cooking and crap.

  • I am pretty eating my oven to 325 degrees and we're gonna mix things together.

  • That is one and 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 a look up of CNH granulated sugar on six tablespoons of melted challenge butter.

  • We're gonna mix all of this together, and we're gonna press this into okay, nine inch springform pan into the bottom.

  • And as far besides as you can listen, is my oven has ready.

  • I am going to be putting this in for 12 minutes.

  • I have three large right mangles that I cubed and I pureed in my, um, processor from processor.

  • Put that on the side for now on DDE.

  • In here I have three eight ounce blocks of challenge cream cheese.

  • I am going to add to that one and 1/4 cup of sugar on two teaspoons of vanilla, and I am going to beat this until it's nice and fluffy.

  • Four.

  • Mark.

  • I'm going to have one egg at a time making sure that be they're incorporated fully before adding the next flight paths during the mango puree on and the craft should be ready in three minutes.

  • So I'll be adding that to the crust and I'll be sticking that back into the oven for an hour and 25 minutes.

  • From here we go for the end, and in an hour and 25 minutes, that should be good to go.

  • And what we're gonna do is we're gonna allow it to cool for an hour and then put it into the refrigerator, will cover it up and put into the refrigerator.

  • And it should be chilled overnight or eight hours minimum.

  • So that puffed up quite a bit.

  • And I know it's gonna sink in.

  • Ondas It can see you have all of this.

  • So this is gonna sit.

  • Hell, it's still wobbly.

  • Um, this is gonna sit for an hour before we put it into the fridge.

  • I think I might let it cool a little bit more than an hour.

  • Interestingly, with the amount of mango that is in here, it doesn't taste as mango.

  • We, as one would suspect it would.

  • I'm guessing that if I used, like, say, a frozen mango puree instead of real mangos.

  • I mean, I don't know anyway.

  • I mean, it's still good, but it's just not a mango.

  • Yes, I would have liked to have been enjoy.
