I think it's very important to do self promotion.

We don't do enough of it on watching my colleagues around.

We sell ourselves short, and this is where I'm remarkable.

Came in beautifully at the right time.

So with the Google initiative, we started doing exactly that.

It's based on developing people, self promotion skills.

But that's something I have struggled with unknowingly.

Until I knew about this training, I didn't appreciate the value of self promotion, and I think as confident as you think you are, this is definitely a skill that you need to learn and involved over time.

Deep down, I know I'm remarkable, but it took me a while really true.

So so far, PwC Middle East have trained 600 people across the region, and I'm remarkable.

We've covered six countries across the region and we still have ah least another four to go.

It's great that other people recognize what we bring to the table, but it's really important that we ourselves speak about it because you're your own best advocate are quite honestly unremarkable.

Help me on my success and I will give you a tangible example.

This year, for the first time, I'm approaching my appraisal process differently.

So I'm owning my success, and I'm literally writing down why I'm remarkable and what made me successful.

It's definitely helped me to be a better coach to my colleagues, because with me sharing with my colleagues, hopefully there's a domino effect in a bigger ripple that more and more people start to appreciate their own successes.

So we've taken I'm remarkable dark lions and other stakeholders and ran sessions there because we've seen the impact it's had on our people, and we want to take that to other people outside of our organization, and that's been really powerful as well.
