  • I would say, Let's go drifting But I think I'm gonna wait for the rain to stop their travel out there.

  • That's flooding.

  • The gravel is flooding.

  • Let's go later, man.

  • It's been a dreary couple of months here, but in between the flooding, I hit up this goodwill and right inside I noticed something with an apple to logo on it.

  • This is Bank Street, Writer by Broderbund Software for Apple to Siri's computers sealed.

  • I don't see this very often.

  • Didn't pick it up, since I already have another version of it.

  • But, you know, interesting to see.

  • Also noticed another piece of computer software down here.

  • Not nearly as interesting.

  • But you know, it's in a big box, so it caught my attention.

  • This is key Master Maps by SoftKey.

  • The best thing to happen in navigation since the compass.

  • Holy crap.

  • Somehow I doubt that, And this is not really again the kind of thing that I collect.

  • But whatever bucks computer software pleases me.

  • How, man, Now here is a blast from the past.

  • This is Global Transmissions by D.

  • J.

  • Ferry course Tin Man.

  • That brings back some early two thousands memories.

  • Right there at this exact CD in 2001 picked it up in a best buy and, yeah, man still have it somewhere in the glass case behind that shelf where a couple of interesting cameras, or at least they're kind of interesting.

  • I don't know, like anything about them.

  • So that's interesting to me over any electronics and noticed these hugely nostalgic lab tech computer speakers.

  • You know, I don't remember them necessarily sounding great or anything, but I do remember messing with them in, like, demo units and stores back in the early nineties.

  • Mid nineties, I don't know.

  • And it didn't come with power.

  • Supply would have gotten him otherwise.

  • No one could replace that.

  • But I don't really care enough over the puzzles and board games saw a whole lot of nothing.

  • But then I noticed a Teddy Ruxpin, and I've actually been wanting to pick one of these up again because I had one as a young lad, like four years old or something.

  • And yeah, these guys, you know, it plays because that tapes I don't know if this one work.

  • Probably not, because I opened a battery compartment and it was hugely corroded.

  • I do wanna grab one at some point, but I mean pretty much, only get it if it was, like, complete in box, all right, not much there.

  • So onto another goodwill.

  • And let's give the lucky rock a bit of relief from all of this intermittent rain.

  • There we go, much better.

  • Let's head inside, and it appears that it's back to school season.

  • Yeah, I guess it is.

  • I have no concept of time anymore.

  • So I didn't realize.

  • And here's a bunch of notebooks that aren't really that much less than what you'd find anywhere else.

  • Looks like this particular goodwill.

  • It started doing these sort of grab bag bags for toys in different various things like that.

  • I've seen other stores like Savers and Value Village do this in the past, so that's interesting.

  • The goodwill is starting to do that, and I've occasionally found, like, GameBoy games and stuff in these.

  • So maybe I'll get lucky one day.

  • A man Look at that junk.

  • That's what she said over in the glass case here, and I noticed what is a bunch of old radio tubes, as it says on the box 25 bucks for the box of him, which I you know, I don't know if it's actually a good deal for what's in here, but it is very rare for me to see light tube their vows that a goodwill at all a man some more late nineties early two thousands nostalgia.

  • Eiffel.

  • 65 year.

  • Yeah, I will never forget this album.

  • We listen to it way too much, and I don't even know why anymore.

  • Oh yeah, that's why below that was hiding a bit of wonderfulness.

  • In my opinion, this right here is descent one into the definitive collection in the box.

  • In fact, this is much better condition on the box I already have.

  • So I'm going to get it and replace it around the other side.

  • And there's another PC game just hanging out with the game's not computer games.

  • This is Mac Warrior three and boxes a bit beat up, but it is that delightful Holla foil, shiny box.

  • I already have this or else I would have gotten it.

  • But yeah, that's a cool box to find shame.

  • It's kind of tourney scratched up, though.

  • Oh, hey, look, it's a gravis game pad paro, although this is an interesting little thing to find on there that you don't normally see a joystick screwed into the top of this because that's just what it came with.

  • But somebody has actually gone to the trouble of drilling it in there.

  • They really did not want this Joy state coming off of that deep at Look at that screw.

  • That's what she said.

  • Just to the right of that was some more camera stuff lying around like this.

  • Kodak trim, light Instamatic.

  • This is kind of Ah, neat little thing.

  • I think I have another one that's very similar to this, so I won't be getting it.

  • But this one is Brown S O brown.

  • It's not wood grain, but, you know, I approve.

  • Anyway, all the more interesting thing in this package were these old stickers.

  • Check that out.

  • What a groovy said a stickers.

  • Man, are these old cell phones, cellular phones style?

  • Oh, their walkie talkies.

  • That's pretty cool.

  • A design being used like that.

  • That is not actually a phone.

  • Whoa.

  • Now, this is old.

  • Check out.

  • This sewing machine does it say New Empress?

  • I would've grabbed these potentially just because I really like the way they look.

  • But they were rather damaged the Nope.

  • Little combination of equipment right here.

  • It's a record player, cassette player, radio amplifier and eight track, all in one from J.

  • C.

  • Penney.

  • I like these kind of systems even though they seem like they would probably be garbage for quality.

  • But I don't know if I ever found one in really good condition.

  • I grab it.

  • Oh, and this is even more pleasing.

  • It's another J C penny piece of equipment here.

  • This is also a black and white tube.

  • I would have grabbed this if it weren't black and white.

  • I don't need any more black and white TV s.

  • I've got a few now, but it's like this one.

  • Just look at the way he looks.

  • It's fantastic.

  • Had quite a few appealing kind of C R.

  • T is hanging around in here, but nothing really special.

  • Then I saw this realtor riel thing, which again, that doesn't really seem terribly special, But it was 19 bucks.

  • And, uh, yeah, it's cool.

  • Little compact unit that's meant to be taken around with you.

  • And what not with the speakers that fold out from the front.

  • It's by sharp.

  • I just like seeing these, even though I'd probably never get one, at least not in this form factor, huh?

  • What is this?

  • Ah, 100 black board games.

  • Okay, well, I mean, you know, I'm a sucker for gaming things that I find a good will, but I believe that I draw the line half pun intended with chalk board games.

  • They the just dangly golf balls on rope.
