So last day up in Cleveland, but really good workout this morning.

It's more like a d load week, but ah, higher volumes from starting this volume block.

So basically, everything's gonna be a little higher, rep.

Um, more of a hyper Cherie black for my power lifting stuff.

And then really gonna be focusing on my body building as well?

What we got about five today way said this crazy idea.

Had this crazy idea, like Christian always had this video.

You know, he'd go to the gym early in the morning, and I mean, does this every day, like some days you begin about 3 a.m. And we're like, you know, let's try get up early before the sun comes up.

He came in my house and we headed straight up here.

Um, I didn't even sleep much last night, but, like, I feel pretty good right now.

Yeah, I only slept from, like, 1 30 to 5, but, um, workout woke me up.

BP and Flight woke me up, but, um, yeah, it's only like eight right now a m.

The days must start by moving at Ohio State this morning to just move in and, like, 10.

So I gotta leave very, very shortly here, pack up the car and head out.

Yeah, I'm not gonna see this guy for a while, so it's got senior bro.

Correcting that has come down and visit at Ohio State for sure.

We're about to pack up the car right now and head down there.

So Okay, so I did not capture much of the moving process.

It all it was like, you know, just a lot going on the whole day, you know, left super super early in the morning, I was exhausted and, you know, we had so much stuff to pack everything.

So I don't really captured much of the moving process like I said, but we're pretty much all moved in now.

So it's a little bit different last year to two persons set up.

So we have two beds in here, two desks back here, and then there's like to dress your areas as well.

Get my desperate there, and then Kyle's get his desk, my bed and, yeah, nice little nice little view over here.

Um, not really of campus, but kind of looking off campus.

This is like more of a much, much newer dorm room.

So essentially, yeah, we're gonna have a lot of natural light, big windows air here for pictures for studying and everything.

So, yeah, I'll give you guys a little dorm tour here.

Um, I think I didn't bring as much stuff down his last time, accumulated a lot of stuff from Alfa Lee and VPN and a bunch of different places last year.

So I try to keep things a little bit smaller last year, so I figure I have less room, but yeah, we lost our beds up as well.

So you give us some more space underneath, which is a smart idea, because we put the use.

Ah, they put underneath here to basically put a whole bunch of stuff in there.

As you can see, we have the entire supplement, George.

We've got some creasing a couple of those fish oil multivitamin.

Um, some protein bars, some BCH and some strong greens.

This into the new place for the next year.

We changed up the lay out a little bit initially was not in this l shape as you see, it was not like that, but it was looking like one bad.

I want side one, but on the other side, then a desk and a desk.

But we thought this one was a little more open because we get this kind of like, I mean, kind of like a common area where what the plan was was essentially to try but one bed all the way back against the wall, like, completely flush and then have, like, a complete l back here, which would allow us to have space right here for a possible, like food time, couch something that where we had the TV up there would have been perfect.

But unfortunately, a little a little bump in the hall, which kind of affected all that's we couldn't quite do that.

So, um, we had a we had to settle for this, but it's gonna work.

I don't really have a food time, but Kyle's bed is now officially the couch, um, washing TV.

So if we're playing games or whatever we're gonna do but supposed are gonna be really, really good year.

We already worked out at Jesse Owens today, Um, so I'm excited.

Definitely a lot of work, but I'm gonna make it a good year.

I'm trying to bring some high quality college videos this year.

Um, so if anyone is in the Columbus area or on campus, are high state as very into video photographer.

So really improved the YouTube game down here last year.
