I'm a nurse at U Mass Memorial Medical Center.

I've been working in the emergency room since 2014 and I support safe patient limits because of my experience working out in California as a nurse in the emergency room.

So while working out in the emergency room in California, I thought the patient limits were gray.

I I fully support them here in Massachusetts, coming the limits.

I was able to give more personalized care to patients I had the time to spend with them.

Give him more support, kind of be there for them while they're in the emergency room.

Regardless of what their therefore just feel like I was my patients on more of me and had less questions were able to kind of haven't haven't idea of what was going on throughout.

Their visit is better for the nurses.

The patients are happier.

I think it's a win win for everybody.
