So today I wanted to attack a few misconceptions that we're doing with skin care that we don't even realize.

These are things that are gonna change your life, I promise.

You don't have to, like, move to another country for better air to moisturize your skin type of thing.

So without further ado, let's just get into it.

Five skincare mistakes we make without even knowing first thing is wrong.

Order of applying products sells today There are so many amazing products that constantly keep coming out.

We also now have the Korean way of doing things which is like 7 to 10 to 12 to 15 steps.

There's so many different things that we want to try.

So the right order of things is using a cleansing balm in my case, because I love cleansing bombs or if you use a cleansing oil, if you use any type of oil to remove your makeup.

By the way, if you're not have to life changing, the next thing is a cleanser.

So it is very important to you the cleanser after using a cleansing balm just because you want to make sure that you take off older residue oil that the bomb or the cleansing oil left.

So what I personally do is I like to use eater cheap version but drugstore version of gentle cleanser like the set of feel for me having a sensitive and dry skin, I look for milky cleansers.

Those usually work best from me off foaming ones stayed away from so you can actually learn online, which cleansers and which consistently works best for your skin.

And I highly recommend you guys to do the research.

I know that I've spent way too much money on buying all these fancy cleansers that were just like not working with my skin.

So I either use that cleanser over I like to use is even something so simple, like rosewater, my cellar and you can get my cell of water anywhere.

It's not expensive at all, and it doesn't rate job and cleansing your skin, so just putting a little bit of that myself.

Water on a cotton pad, put it all over your skin and cleaning the residue of the oil.

The next 70 should do is a toner I personally love.

I think that it hits all the spots, and it makes me feel better, actually, just like reading it, but it also house with pH balance.

It helps with hydrating and providing the skin with some water, too, so can and get hydrated.

The toner is a great way to start the process of applying all your favorite Syrians and creams and make sure that everything really gets in and penetrates the skin.

The next thing that I would do is I would have find my serum.

So I personally use a vitamin C antioxidants serum at the moment, and I absolutely love it.

If you're looking for something to bring brightness so dull skin just kind of give you that natural glow.

Vitamin C is an amazing, amazing serum to include in your in your routine once and then with serum, I'll use eye cream and make sure that I am very gentle and I'll use it on my ring finger and I'll applied around my eye.

Something that I see a lot of people do online is putting the cream away too close to their eyes.

All you need to do is put it all here and take it on your brow bone.

What I've learned is we are blinking and moving our eyes so the cream will distribute appropriately to the right areas to make sure that that anti aging is working.

And then after the ice cream, we then go through our most riser.

That will be the thickest layer in our skin care routine, and you use your favorites.

I make sure they're warming up a bit with my fingers and then apply to my skin.

Don't forget that you need to apply also to your neck and your chest.

That is a big no no is letting a skin dry after cleansing, so you have literally 60 seconds where you have to apply toner right away to make sure that your skin is not dehydrated.

it happens so fast, right after cleansing the air, just like hit your face, takes it all out and then that, so make sure there's one supplies you right away.

Put your toner and then you continue with the rest of the products, and that way it will make sure that they actually penetrate the skin and get in there.

The next skincare mistake that we do and a lot of people do, and I I'm honestly, I admit it.

Quite a lot is in flight skincare routine, So I'm sure that you've seen a lot of influencers people online that are kind of doing like, oh, treat your skin while flying data.

We all know that during the flight, it's very dry in the airplane.

You get so, so dehydrated and your skin gets so thirsty.

So what we want to make sure is that we actually do a skit kerosene before getting on the plane.

Thanks to remember that are very important.

When you are flying, make sure that you use a moisturizer that has hyaluronic acid so hyaluronic acid actually helps the skin to hold to that graduation and make sure that it doesn't lose it.

So very important thing to think about and winter there in wintertime doing flights.

And I know about if you don't do it and I'm really disappointed you better start doing it is applying sunscreen before you go on the plane.

So what I like to do is in the bathroom before actually board the plane.

I'll put my sunscreen on and you want to make sure that it covers you B A.

Because when you're on the airplane, you actually don't get the U V B rays.

Get the UV A rich from the window and obviously, when high multitudes so it gets in there.

So you want to make sure that your skin is very protective.

Another thing that you can do that will easily make a huge difference.

Is actually using a thick moisturizer instead of doing face sheet mess on the plane again.

First of all, it's so freaking dirty on airplanes, even if you put sanitizer.

So 30 so avoid just touching your face while you're on a plane that's very smart.

Using a thick moisturizer will make sure that your skin is protected super hydrated, and you have that thick layer to make sure that once you get off the plane, you're gonna be glow wearing.

So drop the sheet masks up the thickness of your moisturizer.

Mistake Number four is back to my favorite subject To talk about is sunscreen.

My But honestly, I need to keep repeating it so it will, like, go down in your memory.

And every time you go outside and you see a ray of sun, you're gonna be the area will be like in your head Being led to sounds great.

Sounds like that's what I'm trying to that kind of relationship, where you have, like nightmares of me screaming sunscreen e just want you guys to be beautiful and have this glowing skin for the rest of your life.

So a big, big beauty mistake we all do is not wearing enough sunscreen.
