His name is Jimmy Bennett, and, according to his lawyer, singer Gento, present herself as a victim of sexual assault caused him to speak out about his own encounter in a hotel room with the actress in 2013.

His lawyer calls what happened sexual battery and says the fallout was so traumatic it threatened Bennett's mental health as one of the first actresses to step forward and publicly accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault.

But this morning, the actress is now facing her own allegations of sexual assault following a reported sexual encounter with former child actor Jimmy Bennett when he was just 17.

The New York Times says the court documents viewed by the paper provide Bennett's account of the alleged evening where he reportedly claims are gentle, gave him alcohol and kissed him before engaging in sexual activity.

The time says the email also contained a photo of the two in bed together in 2014.
