  • Racing Post tips and in particular, the price was column.

  • Is it of any use when it comes to making money?

  • Three.

  • Okay, so it's a common root of thinking, and it's completely understandable that you've come to that kind of conclusion.

  • I guess you probably quite early on in your trading career, because with this there's a problem.

  • And the problem is the price is already gone.

  • So when it comes to service is like price wise or big tips and racing post, other popular tipping service's are out there that mentioned any names.

  • The price has already gone, so you're basically backing them reverse value.

  • Because there's such a huge amount of people that are trying to get on to these tips that them ticket prices, they wouldn't last very long anyway.

  • But it's actually worse than that, because when it comes to service is like the price price wise and race a post, the price has already gone before the tip has even gone up.

  • So if you get you know the quickest release of the price wise tips, I guarantee you know you won't get the prices in the paper because the industry is actually funded by put makers.

  • And what know this'd just speculation, obviously.

  • But the bookmakers know what the price was.

  • Tip is gonna be before the punters do, and so they're slashing prices.

  • But they know the general public.

  • Everybody that follows price wise that reads Racing post that is on the search for tips are gonna bet on anyway because they just want a winner.

  • You know, they don't want a winner at value.

  • There's one a winner, which is actually one of my biggest.

  • But bears, Have you seen the videos?

  • But the end of the day the price has already gone.

  • So if they tip something at 33 to 1 in the Racing Post, chances are it was never even 33 to 1 on the exchange before liquidity arrived on Dhe.

  • None.

  • The service is going to give you for free to one.

  • It's probably gonna be more 8 to 1 or 10 to 1 by the time activism released for the general public.

  • So I understand your roof thinking for that, but it's flawed in the sense that the price is already completely infested.

  • He shattered.

  • Now, from a trading perspective, you could turn around and say, Well, you know, wisdom of the crowd, all that kind of stuff is gonna be a lot of people betting on it.

  • There should still be an opportunity to back it and then lay off.

  • I'm not saying that you won't ever possibly be able to do that in some instances, although there isn't a strong enough pattern and trained to follow toe actually exploit that.

  • I mean, the best you could possibly do, I would say, is offer a price.

  • Yeah, tick or so above after the tip is released and you could possibly scalp out for one afterwards.

  • But really, quite honestly, I couldn't guarantee you that that would be a successful strategy.

  • It's not something I do is not something I've pursued.

  • Obviously, earlier on in my trading career, I did look at this type of thing on.

  • I found it to be no use whatsoever.

  • I think that it could be used in a different way of looking at it, and I don't really want to get too deep into this because I don't do the video pack guys injustice, but you probably better off back in other selections within a race.

  • If they are looking as though they could be gambled within the market, because obviously the market is skewed in favor of value it on other prices because of these kind of tips, potentially that they're over bet and it distorts the market.

  • Um, so that's pretty much my opinion on price wise and tipping service is like that.

  • If you're monitor in the trade volumes of in the market, which is a reasonable thing to be doing, then you will notice that in these markets very early on, there is more money traded, usually on.

  • There is more money traded on these selections, which can distort what you're looking at there as well.

  • So just get back to what saying Basically, these tips don't distort the market very early on, which can appear confusing if you're looking at other things, so just be aware of that for anyone is.

  • But the opportunity probably looks like when there's more than one horse that potentially could be in being gambled within that one race where there is one of those tips which is, you know, a mile away from the original question off Arthur tradable.

  • And quite frankly, I don't see a new opportunity in something that I want to pursue, that it's not worth the time and value the time invested Thio work out.

  • If there's a smidgen of value to be had there far going against in terms of horses in the market thing, Okay, So just to recap, then there's three points to this answer.

  • Andi, don't.

  • It is an opportunity because basically, it's old news, other people aware of it.

  • Other people always gonna be aware of it before you are taking the value out of the price.

  • Potentially, they could be over.

  • Bet on.

  • Finally, they're gonna distort volumes of in the market, which could make things a little bit trickier, although it could possibly, depending on a particular race, because there's so many variables present an opportunity in a slightly different way.

  • So that concludes.

  • My answer to that question about the price was tipping and racing post hips Okay, said one question.

  • If you guys in before ago, bearing in mind the nature of the question.

  • If you had any kind of success in trading tip in service is how do you do it?

Racing Post tips and in particular, the price was column.
