The next essential item that we have here is moisturizer

It's really important to stay moisturized, stay healthy,

You know as a man I think typically men don't wear makeup.

Typically, but we can do whatever we want.

and I think moisturizer's the best way to do that.

The next essential that we have is a pen.

The reason why I chose a pen too, instead of like a phone

You have problems if you can't live without your cell phone,

but a pen is a great way to jot some notes down for me.

You know, I like writing letters to my girlfriend,

I'm an artist, I'm just doing [laughing].

But every back that I have, backpack that I have,

And the next essential that we have is a protein bar.

This protein bar has about 200 calories in it

and I like to keep my diet regularly pretty clean.

It's just a standard kind of chocolate chip protein bar.

Sometimes you can put them in the fridge,

It can be really hard, you know, when you're on set

if you need to take a little snack for the plane

Just a classic, normal blindfold, like so.

Completely blacks out everything when you're sleeping

which, by the way, is a really good investment as well

which I would also add in to the 10 essentials,

but I couldn't bring my blackout curtains

Me, myself, because I do travel first class [laughing],

To my other fellow actors or other nomads

who are out there traveling all the time, you guys know.

You know what I'm talking about with one of these.

It's also very scare in the business that we're in

so we need to make sure that we're looking
