Everybody could move forward in the right direction.

So right now, if you go back and ask your employees if you would ask them Do you know what is the vision for the company?

Do you know where one of you in the next quarter?

You know, we want to be you in the next 12 months.

If the answers won't be the same, there is something that you wanna work on first.
