Now the brain does that to protect you because we are social beings, and it's looking for signs of social rejections.

I mean, you then got into public high, you know, you met your partner and you're still together, aren't you?

So you sort of have this sort of fame life.

So what would you say that would help you to understand that the impact of it try not to take that too much to heart.
