Now that particular news has put shares of a thinly traded depositary receipt for Softbank in Japan that's traded in the U.

So you wonder whether or not the governance improvements and some of those other requests that are being made have to do with some of the investment that they have been making.

If so, this is a fairly substantial moving Elliott, of course, a very high profile activist investor and two and 1/2 $1,000,000,000.

While Softbank is a very large company, it's not a small, small endeavor to raise two and 1/2 $1,000,000,000 invest into a company like this.

It is moving the shares, guys, and that's the reason why we're kind of piling.

But this is of course, as you pointed out, outside of normal business hours in Japan, for Softbank and its company out there as we take a look at the size take that we're talking about Elliot is making it sound like these air friendly discussions for the time being, at least a professional right that they're engaging.

The statement basically says that they've met privately with that leadership there working, and they use the word constructively.

 So at this stage right now, it appears as though, according to Elliott management statement in this whole process, that this is a fairly amicable relationship for the time being.
