As I understand it, the formality off actually laying the charge happened.

We know now that my Zeta Tau Bonnie, the prime minister's wife, has been charged with the murder off his second wife to put a lot of on in 2017 as well as the attempted murder off chapter Sibila.

She fled to South African last month to escape arrest.
