It's called Yoga is basically yoga for, like, athletes.

I started this new thing that gets me, like, motivated and get going into the gym with this new app called disinfection, which is basically an app that you log in your activity and you can also look do it as a community.

So let's say the girls at the office that I'm trying to convince to join me, but they're like, man, but it's gonna happen.

We basically logging all of us together.

We're logging all the activity, and that gives us points and, like, badges and Mike scores at all the good stuff that just make us feel so accomplished.

So it's a challenge that whatever community gets the most amount of borns, like the people work out a lot and all of us collectively get a lot of points.

Our community can win.

I think the price is like 100 and $50,000 as a community, so that's really cool.

And I feel like it's like a good after used to get you inspired yet that competitive spirit flaring and firing.
