  • Hello, everyone, and welcome to another video.

  • Now, with all the hardware releasing recently, it feels impossible to keep up with everything PC related.

  • In fact, the only way I'm able to retain some sort of review schedule is because I get told when new products air coming out, usually by you guys are then forget, I was told, and a couple of days later, see a few videos from other tech.

  • YouTube is on the very product I was previously informed about.

  • That was certainly the case with this.

  • The GTX 16 50 Super the Smaller Palate Genetics, 16 50 Super, to be precise after spending a couple of days with it.

  • Well, I'm happy to say it's my new favorite entry level graphics card.

  • I mean it.

  • The standard 16 50 in my opinion, was okay, but it costs too much for what he offered.

  • This fixes that problem by well costing nearly the same, but it offers, on average, around 30 to 40% more performance a 10.

  • 80 p, which means it will equal or surpass a MDs aging Rx 5 80 another personal favor of mine and very popular card.

  • I bought this pallet version because it is currently the tree pissed model in the UK and therefore sets the basic benchmark of what the 16 50 super can achieve.

  • You know, if you want a 16 50 super in your budget is already stretched to the limit.

  • Where were the cheapest model?

  • Suffice?

  • After all, some of the better cards do only cost around 15 to £20 dollars or euros.

  • Maur.

  • I've been a longtime fan of palate.

  • The no frills, basic black design is what always appeals to me.

  • You guys know I'm not one for RGB lighting or bright colors.

  • Maybe that's why my favorite part of a fireworks display is the moment they stop.

  • I'm getting sidetracked.

  • Like all 16 50 supers, the palate version still requires a single six been power connector, which may prevent some of you 7 50 t i or 10 50 owners out there from upgrading.

  • But with a recommended 350 What power supply minimum?

  • Anyone with a less than stellar pierce.

  • You need not worry too much.

  • Let's dive into the specs before testing.

  • The first noteworthy feature is the four gigs of Judy are six v.

  • Aram, see for some this may be what turns you away, but a 10.

  • 80 p resolution, the ideal rez for such a card, the 16.

  • 50 Super will have no problems hitting 60 f p s at high or above settings in most cases.

  • Or maybe no, why not start with the game that will throw my previous statement through the Valentine Saloon window?

  • Red Dead redemption to ultra settings are overrated anyway, now, in red Dead redemption to the newest, the most demanding of today's tested games, I was able to achieve 55 f.

  • P.

  • S on average with respectable 1% on 10.1% lows.

  • Now the other thing about the endgame graphical menu here was that it only detected the card is having 3.3 gigabytes off V RAM on when I try to change the settings.

  • The Ultra the game wouldn't let me, so I'm sure this can be turned off somewhere.

  • It doesn't really matter, because the game isn't going to run very well at ultra settings.

  • Hence why I used a mixture off medium and high.

  • However, it still looks fantastic when you're walking through town, such as Valentine here, the frame rate will dip to, say the low fifties.

  • But as you make your way into the wilderness a little bit, you can expect to see you between 55 60 in some areas.

  • This is a massive open world, and the frame rate really does very depending on what you're doing on where you are on the map.

  • Where you will be able to make use of ultra settings, though, is in Battlefield five, which runs very nicely, almost flawlessly.

  • In fact, with the 16 50 Super Feel free to crank everything up to ultra here, I did turn v sink off on resolution.

  • Scaling is, of course, at 100%.

  • I'm playing the trailer if that's how you pronounce it up Hill level here.

  • This is probably one of the more demanding levels, but each level will totally have a different impact on performance.

  • You should know, though, that 60 F P s is easily achievable with the 16 50 Super on Battlefield five even at the highest in game settings.

  • Next up, we have crisis.

  • I know it's a very old game, but it's one that still puts even modern cards through their paces here, though with the absolute maximum settings, including eight times Auntie Alias ing.

  • We were able to exceed 60 frames per second.

  • This is the crisis in game GPU benchmark run, and as you can see, things are running pretty smoothly.

  • So in dirt rally to ultra settings here granted us 60 frames per second on average, with 1% low off 50 and a 500.1% low of 48 C.

  • M.

  • A was also enabled, and you will see a few dips below 60.

  • But if you want to counteract this, then you can turn anti leasing off altogether.

  • Or drop the graphical preset down too high or just a few settings as you see fit.

  • Don't rally to looks very nice and plays very well on the 16 50 Super.

  • Now, at this point in time, I'd like to mention noise.

  • This pallet card doesn't actually feature their technology that stops the fan at Lolo, the fan of this card.

  • The single fan is constantly spinning, and you can constantly hear it.

  • However, it's no louder than the stock caller off the rise and 5 36 100 you'll certainly hear that over the 16 50 Super from Pallet itself.

  • If you choose to go with a 36 100 of course, and use the stock cooler now, I'll hold the microphone about 20 centimeters away from the card briefly so you can get an idea off.

  • How noisy is 3 to 1?

  • And that's it, Really.

  • It's certainly audible.

  • But with the side of the case actually on mine isn't at the moment.

  • You're going to be in for a quieter experience.

  • It's certainly worth paying the extra 10 or £20 premium, though.

  • If you do like a quieter or even silent experience when not gaming, I myself can be off put easily by noise.

  • So, yeah, it doesn't seem too noisy for me, but it's something worth mentioning.

  • I feel as we move on to kingdom come deliverance Now.

  • I was able to run this with 60 frames per second on average, just about using the very high, Priest said.

  • I tried ultrahigh.

  • First of all, on that wasn't really doable, although, of course she will still manage to hit at least 30 throughout.

  • This is the very high preset with S M A won t x enabled.

  • You could probably turn Auntie a leasing off all together to get a better experience here, but the average were 60.

  • The 1% Lois 42 on the 420.1% low was 34.

  • Kingdom come Deliverance is still a fairly demanding game, and we'll put a lot of graphical hardware through its paces.

  • No, I wasn't really sure what to expect.

  • Implant unknowns, battle grounds.

  • But even with the ultra preset, we were able to achieve 81 frames per second with 810.1% and 1% lows off 46 63.

  • I don't know why I read them off in reverse order anyway.

  • 81 63 46 are.

  • The results are going to sea with a 16 50 soup prepared with 16 gigs of RAM on a rise in 5 36 100 It's a very playable experience here, with very little stutter to speak off.

  • This, of course, will depend on what you're doing, where you are on the map again.

  • Rage to.

  • I wasn't really sure to expect either Ultra settings once again with motion Blur turned off and we saw 67 frames per second on average, followed by 1% 10.1% loads of 58 54.

  • Rage to seems to run fairly well on a lot of new cards, though it can cause some trouble on older hardware.

  • It looks fantastic and runs very nicely on the 16 50 Super from a pallet.

  • Just like with the rest of the games, feel free to adjust the settings to your liking.

  • If you drop a couple of things too high, then you will see even more often improvement with that number.

  • Although, as I said, you're going to pretty much have a very constant experience that's going to be very enjoyable on this card now with the Outer Worlds.

  • It's an interesting one because the difference between the high and very high settings seems tohave a massive effect on the frame rate here with the high settings, we were averaging 86.

  • But soon as I turn things up to very high, well, that dropped to just below 60 and the ultra settings well, they certainly gave us a lot of problems.

  • There was a lot of stutter on DA.

  • I wouldn't really call it playable to be honest with the ultra settings, even if the average frame rate wasn't too bad here, though with high.

  • The game looks very nice.

  • It runs very well, and there isn't really much stutter to speak off in empty areas off the various maps.

  • You will see this frame rate shoot up to the high nineties as well, which is a ways nice but for the most part is going to be hovering between 75 on 90.

  • I've really enjoyed my time with the palate.

  • 16 50 Super.

  • I'll probably keep it my personal rig a little while longer.

  • I think it's an excellent card if you're just getting into gaming right now, you have a 10 80 p screen.

  • You're looking to hit 60 F.

  • P s with high or very high, maybe even ultra settings.

  • Then this seems like a wise choice.

  • Of course, it's also worth considering the 5 80 it's worth watching.

  • The price is on the 5 90 If, of course, you don't mind higher power consumption from both of those AM D cards.

  • But it's also worth considering the Rx 5500 aim these soon to be new budget card that is probably going to release any time now.

  • In fact, it probably released the moment I click publish on this review.

  • Would I go for the palate version?

  • Personally, I know I bought it, but what?

  • I recommend it.

  • Well, it is the cheapest.

  • And if you are on a tight budget, then it may be the one to go for.

  • But keep in mind that you could pay maybe even just $10.10 pounds, 10 euros more on have yourself a slightly better version.

  • I think a pallet O C version also exists on that costs about £5 more here in the UK But it just wasn't available at the time that I got this one.

  • There are a few factors like that to bear in mind, and hopefully I'll have some comparisons for you guys very soon, too.

  • I also want to check out the over cloaking capabilities of this card in another video.

  • But for now, I hope you've enjoyed it.

  • I hope this helps you make your mind up as to whether or not a 16 50 super is right for you.

  • It's certainly worth over these standard 16 50.

  • That is a card I wouldn't even consider anymore.

  • With all that said, Thank you for watching if you enjoyed it.

  • Leave alike on it.

  • Leave a dislike if you didn't subscribe to the channel if you haven't done so already.

  • And hopefully I'll see you all in the next one.

Hello, everyone, and welcome to another video.
