We've seen it on and off all morning long.

But take a look at what we're looking at here.

We're in a sterile right off of South Miami South.

Excuse me in a neighborhood here where they've seen just flooding up and down the street.

We just talked to the president of the neighborhood association out here.

He says that he's seen several cars in the past two days be towed out of the neighborhood.

And just minutes ago, we saw a car coming down this way trying to make it through the water, started smoking, decided to pack up and turn around and leave.

Now, we do want to tell you about some tips out here that we've heard in last two days.

We just want to keep reminding you of them.

Officials say your best bet in the rainy weather is to make sure you don't drive through this deep, deep water.

They say that your best bet is to if you see standing water like this to just basically stop your car and turn around and find another way to go.

They also say you should drive slowly and with your lights on just to avoid any Rex.

It's hard to see there's low visibility out when it is raining, and just to avoid this heavy, heavy rain water, you never know how deep that water is.

You want to be careful and make sure your car doesn't stole out.

So the president, the association, did tell me he's working with the village of a hero to see what they can do about all this rain water, he says.

This happens every time There is heavy rain out here, and he wants to make sure that they get rid of this problem so that no more car stall out and they don't have this.
