So yeah, this is painful, but I need to get back into my routine despite the clock's changing.
So I'm gonna get my face washed on.
Dhe kind of set up and get my gym clothes on, ready to hear the gym downstairs, because otherwise I'll never do it on DDE.
My skin feels so dry.
I need some, like skin cow in my face right now.
Let's just pretend this didn't happen on Let's get ready to a time when I'm more presentable because right now it's a no for me.
Well, I think that is a lot better.
My face is clean, which is something that I have to do every morning because red when I rub it there.
So I was really dry skin here at the moment, so bear with me.
So I wash my face on dhe.
That's kind of working me up like freezing cold glass of water and maybe a little bit of Red Bull, you know, a little bit.
Just don't wake me up in the morning.
I said my longer six.
But sometimes I snooze into a 6 30 Sometimes I do just get straight up.
But today, its newest until 6 30 It's difficult with this, like, ours change thing to stick to your normal routine.
Okay, Andi, this is kind of why do on it So every morning, I'm not gonna make you think ideas every morning.
Because some mornings I wake up on that night.
It is no happening today.
Some days I don't even get my pajamas like yesterday.
I just needed a sound.
So for with my computer chill day on dhe, that's what I did.
So there was none of this.
There was no Oh, my God, You're so motivated.
There was none of that because I just wasn't feeling it.
Andi, I listened to my body and what did it?
But today, on the other hand, I am feeling some Pallotti's on also some yoga Might.
My flexibility has come on so so much that I'm really kind of trying to stick with it so we could go to that.
I would usually have a PT three times a week.
I think of anybody twice this week.
So I've got Petey.
I had PT on Monday and then I got it again on Friday.
But I obviously have to work out between on.
My exercise bike hasn't arrived yet, so I'm doing it with YouTube, which YouTube is amazing, most of the workhouse.
But I do by myself off from you, Chief.
So I will find links to some of my favorites and put them in the description box.
I've shared them before, probably by I'm always on the hunt for more.
So if you've got any workouts that you like, lemon, I'm literally just wearing an old vest top on dhe, some gym shark leggings on that.
Basically, I'll probably put a jumper on to begin with whilst I warm up on dhe.
Yeah, or getting ahead.
Say, this is my current out thing Morning routine.
I like it.
One of the other things I've done.
I don't know what do this either, but I have completely covered myself in the sand trap a moisturizer because my skin felt really dry.
So I just literally like a huge, thick layer on so that it really sinks into my skin.
So whilst I'm working out, my skin is getting a little bit of a tree as well.
So it's ready for take time because I'm gonna turn today.
So yeah, just like that, you know that I'm not just doing stuff healthwise.
Didn't that beauty lies as well at that time in the morning?
Because moisturizing is so important.
If you faint and my skin gets really dry on, I know that most people's does, and that's just the reality of it.
But you've got to look after your skin if you what.
If you wanna have a good fake town as well.
So loss of moisturizer on these areas on your feet on just trees?

So we are down in my basement where my gym.

We currently don't have a lot of equipment on here, unfortunately, but I just love doing classes on YouTube.

So far, it's been pretty effective.
So I'm gonna work on a workout, probably a Pallotti's one on.
Then I'm also going to be a yoga one straight afterwards, just so I'm still working on my flexibility.
But the sun is up.
It's a bit of a frosty morning on dhe.
Fuck up my sucky jump on, but I feel warm up throughout.
So I'm sitting on my cold, holistic silk, lavender infused yoga mat I got from cult.
Bt.
I put on top of my normal yoga mat, and that is perfect for me, and it means I go straight into yogurt afterwards is the most luxurious younger ever.
I love it on the circuit, but I do need a mountain just to help my knees as well.
I am using the TV now.
This is our old TV from our old house on.
This was no smart TV, but we've managed to buy something that makes it into a smart TV.
So then I'm able to, you know, Actually, Sky now has APS like the new Sky Q has act, and it's got like YouTube and something else and like Netflix on it, and so you can access YouTube by Sky Key.

Andi, I put them up here on the TV and pick the one I want.
Basically, we're gonna go for a, um, Pallotti's one.

I just really like her as a kind of yoga instructor.
She's got a really great body, and I think that's something that I need to kind of look at when I'm doing these things, I'm like, Oh, yeah, I need to be like working towards something.
Sometimes it could be a little bit risque, but I Do you really enjoy this channel and they just hit one million's inscribe it said it definitely doing something right.
But this is the channel that I'm gonna be doing.
But now I'm gonna pick a workout.
I want to do one that's like half an hour.
This is the Pallotti's 21 day challenge.
I think I've done that before.
I have to do to classes and then a yoga class, which I guess is nothing wrong with that.

I hadn't done that one in a while.
Quite difficult.

It's savage, but it's improved my flexibility and honestly, you just feel so tingly afterwards.
I love it.
I love doing like 1/2 hour kind of yoga thing on.
If I do both together, it feels like I've done quite a lot.
So it's good.

So I've already always drank a pint of water before a M or something ongoing trying Because many of my skin is no like dry well is dry.

I'm also gonna go upstairs and take my vitamins, which I've started doing far more regularly now because I really just couldn't get into it before because I struggle with swallowing like the massive ones.
So he's probably not the best available, but I'm taking them regularly.
Then it's better than me not taking them.
It'll I'm sure there's lots of sugar in the sample.
Just got swallowed them because of my fear of being sick.
Just makes me gag.
So I have to get chilly one some such a kid.
But it's actually really fun.
It's like having a packet of jelly babies before we start work.
I literally just took a big sip of water and spilt it.

This is a probiotic but chewable one on.
Then I've got these hair vitamins which I have spoken out before.

They taste nice.

Most of these where I believe so.
Those are the five vitamins I have and I think I end up taking about nine in one Go don't start women's energy.
