  • Six Nations Sunday game.

  • It's Scotland up against Brant's two teams, kind of on different trajectories at the moment.

  • That being said, Scotland's most recent result is a win.

  • It was, I guess, a bit of a lackluster wind over Italy innocently.

  • But we're still, in a way win potentially kind of banana skin game, and they managed to come through it.

  • So school only got the woman two losses.

  • France, thus far, still tracking pretty well, uh, they, uh uh, no talking about a grand Slam yet, but that's what everyone else is talking about.

  • They've got this game against Scotland next, which again, for them is potentially a banana skin as well.

  • Maybe not even a banana skin.

  • It's just a tough game.

  • If you look at their recent recall between these teams, I mean, still, Francis is three from three from three thus far, but last five game against Scotland, that's 3 to 2 in France's favour.

  • Couple of Barbie will come warm up.

  • Games one win each wail that France's one was pretty devastating.

  • 32 3 Where is the one of Murrayfield?

  • Was 17 14 quite close and then the previous during the Six Nations It's a window, Frantz Last year.

  • 27 10 and Frauds.

  • And then I went to school in the previous year, 30 to 26 in Murrayfield, on them back to France again the year before, 20 to 16 in front.

  • So it tends to be the home team winning and you have to go all the way back to 2014 for France's last win at Murrayfield.

  • Murrayfield.

  • It is a particularly tough place to go, especially for the French.

  • So if they are going to get the job done, you feel like they're gonna have to at least maintain the level they have bean at or potentially shifted up a gear, at least for the full 80 because they've been guilty a little bit of kind of slipping off towards the end of games.

  • But still they have Bean the team to beat.

  • Thus far, Scotland have bean there or thereabouts, but not quite there as yet.

  • You feel like they have still got another level that can hit, but they're still not.

  • Yeah, they'll have to do it without Finn Russell because he is still not back in the squad.

  • The last I read was that he was supposed to have a video in a video conference phone conference with the coaching staff, and they got canceled and they ended up having it.

  • And they were trying to pick his brain for some, for some insights based on the guys he sees, you know, playing in the top 14 so he's not playing is the big news there.

  • So that's that's, unfortunately useful for Scotland fans and just for rectory fans, man, because any time friend Marshall was playing wth e entertainment level goes up a notch.

  • That being said that, if anything, gets Adam Hastings, I'm kind of glad that he's got some mixture of minutes.

  • But I was hoping it would be in tandem with Russell.

  • No in place of Russell.

  • So, yeah, he's still not there.

  • The side is largely the same.

  • Put the teams in the description so you guys can check them out.

  • But Sutherland Brown in Ferguson is the front row brown sort of places of McNally, who's on the bench this week comings and Gilchrist is the sick, and Rose Gilchrist is up from the bench.

  • Uh, Jamie Richie, Hamish Watson and Nic Henning be back grow.

  • This week's handing comes in number eight in place of Make this Bread, Brie, Who's Down to the bench?

  • The backs.

  • Ali Price, Adam Hastings, 19.

  • Symptoms of Chris Harassment Field and Kinghorn.

  • Hog and Maitland are the back three, so there's a few changes on the bench.

  • Stains in on the bench.

  • Think from wears on the bench.

  • George Wallace.

  • Still there, Del and Nellie.

  • Years of props.

  • For the most part, it's pretty stable, but there are a little bit of kind of tinkering is going on with with the Scotch side.

  • And like I said, they are gonna have toe really kick it up a notch to compete with this French team.

  • But that's what they do in my fields.

  • We will see.

  • The French side is, I think, a bit more stable.

  • They've had to bring Paro in for by who is injured, but otherwise it's the same as well as I having Pino the on the right wing.

  • So it's Poirot, Marchand and house is the front of the room.

  • Villains the secular are who have bean.

  • Maybe that's all.

  • Do point and time.

  • We're getting all the props, but LaRue in films, I have just been absolutely outstanding.

  • This father be tackling their hearts out and just very hard work.

  • Right?

  • So you have a big pot in the French success this year?

  • Cruise cruel crew out treats our appreciation terrible.

  • Olivo, as Thea is the Becker and they have been classes.

  • Well, dupont, tomback, Latinos was gonna be the case.

  • But son and Dr Atala is the midfield.

  • So you feel like Johnson Harris is gonna give their hands full, especially by Qatar.

  • Run at them fi cu remains on the way.

  • Rabu Thea who has bean.

  • Very good.

  • That's violent Six nations.

  • And like I mentioned, Pando comes in for TV Toma on the right way.

  • So tall I was not even in the squad roll, which is disappointing for him because he's being a real attacking threat.

  • Been shot girl Bam Barto, fa fa Newer cretins, Suraj Early beer and a mammal so pretty stable.

  • I don't think there's any changes to that bench at all.

  • So yeah, hop from Toma and by I think it's pretty much the same.

  • Went up So it kind of makes sense that they keep consistency.

  • Zynga's they've been winning.

  • Why change it?

  • If it's if it's being a successful.

  • It is like I see it.

  • They are gonna have to do something impressive to get a win at Marshfield.

  • I know old, the media and all the hype is with the French at the moment.

  • But that doesn't change the fact that at Murrayfield the Scots are particularly difficult.

  • Team two beats.

  • If you look back at the last five games, the average scores actually fronts 24 skull and 16 I think because when the French tend to win like this, that 32 3 in the World Cup warm up, there's a 2017.

  • Last year, six Nations those of the results that attended to be a bit Maur one sided like 17 14 and Murrayfield makes it seem a bit tighter.

  • Uh, 30 to 26 again, the one in my field 2020 18 So no huge ones maybe makes the margin look a little bit more lopsided.

  • I realize now I forgot to check.

  • What the what the bookie's saying Be with me to text.

  • I'll do that now, right?

  • I have checked the bookies.

  • The bookies got the fringe by full points.

  • I also checked rugby forecast algorithm and that is going the other way.

  • It has Scotland by six.

  • So I guess the bookies.

  • Odds are kind of on the the wave, which is the French performances this year.

  • Where is right before Costas, perhaps going that traditionally Scott on the home are too good for the French.

  • So which one of those is correct?

  • That will remain to be seen.

  • You feel like Greg attends.

  • They could certainly use a win.

  • I mean, as much as Scotland friends wouldn't like to hand the tournament back into the hands of potentially the English, Uh, Grill tells it, needs a win man like with most of the country's changing the coaches.

  • He and Eddie Jones.

  • Kip there, Rose.

  • Would that stability?

  • You would've thought Scotland maybe have a bit of an edge, but it hasn't quite.

  • It hasn't quite come to be as you means Don't like they got a hiding.

  • It's England home.

  • Or when they played Ireland away, they were right.

  • But still, it's it's wins that counts, so the pressure will build him if they lose.

  • If they lose this one, whereas you difficulty, it's just kind of the expectations were set pretty low and they're already kind of smashing everything out of the Pots park.

  • So everything thus far is kind of pretty successful forthem.

  • But yeah, we'll see.

  • It should be an interesting game.

  • It's pretty.

  • It's pretty early, actually.

  • Here in New Zealand, I need to double check what time.

  • What's on?

  • It's one of those ones, which is a on Monday morning game for us here in New Zealand, which is not ideal, but them's the breaks.

  • 4 a.m. For a Yep.

  • Oh, good.

  • A video, Leigh and a What's that one for him before I go to work.
