  • I don't ever wanna welcome to another video.

  • Now, please excuse the fact that I am profusely sweating.

  • It's been about two months of straight heat here in the UK We haven't had a drop of rain in who knows how long, but none the rest.

  • I can't let that stop me from making videos, so let's get into it.

  • And today I want to talk about something that hopefully I found online Now, ever since making that Jew tix 7 80 T i lightning video where we took a look at the M S I version of the card, one of the rarest graphics cards in existence.

  • I've had a little bit of a taste for hunting down rare pieces of hardware CP used GP use and even computer systems today while browsing one of my favorite sites, UK.

  • Don't we buy dot com or C e.

  • X here in the UK and looking for some great deals on graphics cards, I came across what I thought was a GTX 5 60 t i to win addition.

  • Now, these cards from E V.

  • G.

  • A.

  • A.

  • Pretty rare because they combine to GTX 5 60 t eyes on a single gold.

  • So you've essentially got to 5 60 ties in SL I without having to have two cards in your system.

  • And in theory, they should outperform the likes of an older GTX 5 80 However, I received the package today and I have my suspicions.

  • As you can see here on the invoice, it does say, Gee, Tex 5 60 t i too.

  • In addition, if you can see that but I had a feeling that the card would be bigger.

  • The next side This is gonna be a little bit of a mystery.

  • Unboxing.

  • Maybe, just maybe, there's a 5 62 by two in addition in here.

  • But let's go ahead and under the package, see what we've got.

  • Husband.

  • Pray that it is what it says it is.

  • But if you know you know the drill, we're gonna benchmarks.

  • Whatever card is in here anyway, so it's crack into it and see what we've got.

  • Bad news.

  • Unfortunately, unfortunately, we don't have the two.

  • In addition, as you can quickly see, this is the Emmett Side twin frozen to addition, probably one of the best 5 60 ties available still is the yet two gigabyte over clock diversion off the card.

  • I guess there are some positives and negatives when it comes to bargain hunting, especially when it starts you buy from doesn't have an actual picture off the card itself.

  • A supposed to stop photo, so is always a bit of a risk.

  • I was hoping that maybe we would find one, but they are quite hard to get Hold off before I return this and ask them whether they do actually have any to win additions in stock.

  • Which would be pretty amazing.

  • Of course, we must benchmark the two big 5 60 t I see what it's capable of with a handful of games, and I see whether or not one of these two versions is still worth buying in 2000 and 18.

  • So let's get into it unquote for inspection.

  • It looks as though the card was mislabeled in the stock room before it was even sent out.

  • The fair play to C E.

  • X in the fact that the £40 I paid is still actually a very fair price for a two gigabyte version Off this Emmett site card, you may be thinking I've tested the 5 60 tire before almost that is true.

  • That was mainly the one gigabyte version, which, because of the lacking the Ram for modern games, meant resorting to making them look like this in order to run properly.

  • Hopefully, the extra gig will make a bit of difference in certain titles.

  • This 5 60 t I requires 2 16 connectors and, I believe, of 550.

  • What power supply should suffice that in this?

  • I don't specifically state that on their side.

  • I love these twin frozen cards because I think they look great and keep the card caller thanks to the jewel found solution.

  • But let's talk about that.

  • It seems that this one is a bit of a state.

  • It looks like it's taken a bit of a beating here, and the rear fan on the card is very stiff.

  • I believe the bearing is naked as it doesn't spin very smoothly at all.

  • Apparently, this wasn't a totally uncommon issue with this caller design, but let's get it in the system.

  • As most of you probably know by now, The test PC consists of a rise and 5 1608 gigabytes of 2400 megahertz DDR four Ram and A 650.

  • What course air power supply.

  • It seems that that stiff second fan doesn't work altogether.

  • But this didn't affect the Idol temperatures too badly, so we'll have to keep an eye on those in games.

  • So what can a two gig 5 60 do in modern titles?

  • Well, let's start with Assassin's Creed origins.

  • So here we are, and I decided to take a little walk around this town here, both inside the town itself, and are wondering into the outskirts to get sort of variation on the overall frame rate.

  • As you can see, we haven't had to modify the resolution too much in order to get this game to run.

  • I've just set it to 7 20 p with the low settings in order to achieve an average of above 30 frames per second.

  • And as you can see, the card isn't quite being maxed out, though it is certainly being put to good use here in this game as we venture a little bit outside of the town.

  • Now, that frame rate should pick up a little bit more, especially when I'm not recording and you should start to see sort of mid thirties in terms of an average.

  • But even when you get into combat situations, the frame rate does hold steady, which is important in a game like this, where there's constantly action going on on screen.

  • I've decided to target 30 f.

  • P s today because I feel that 60 for an older GPU like this one is a little bit unrealistic, and 30 is a lot more achievable.

  • I found having said that we were actually able to achieve a solid 60 f ps in Battlefield one when I set the gains hello and kept the resolution at 10 80 p.

  • This is a nice change over the one gig 5 60 t I that started to struggle a little bit, especially in this action packed opening level that here setting things to the aforementioned low settings should give you a pretty decent overall experience.

  • And, as you can see by those 1% in 10.1% lows, there weren't really any status to speak off either.

  • Now, with fallout for, I was able to keep the game a 10 80 p with medium settings in order to maintain a solid 30 plus F P s.

  • In fact, the frame rate came back on average over 40 frames per second, though there are a few drops below 30 as you can see.

  • So it may be worth capping the game to 30 f ps with v sink in order for the best experience with this card and so that you don't feel the stutters as much.

  • Because, let's face it, 60 frames per second isn't going to happen with this GPU.

  • So I think the experience, in my opinion, was still good enough Now.

  • Well, far Cry five wasn't able to achieve a 30 frames per second average at full HD.

  • Turning the resolution down to 900 p did give us 31 f.

  • P.

  • S, which was pretty playable.

  • If I'm honest, there wasn't too much data here even when the action started to heat up, and I'm pretty happy with how this game played.

  • I've tested a lot of older cards that do struggle on newer, ubi soft games, so it was nice to see a sort of playable experience here, though you will want a slightly never GPU.

  • If you want to turn that resolution or those settings up now, while it's not really that demanding, although it does run on the unreal engine for a fortnight, is a very popular title, and I'm sure that most if not all of you have heard of it by now.

  • I always try and test it with these budget cards because, like I say, is a very popular release, even if it is almost guaranteed to run on a lot of options out there.

  • Here, a 10 80 p with the low settings.

  • I did see at least 80 frames per second most of the time, which was a pretty nice experience.

  • If I'm honest, turning things up to media meant drops below 60 sort of between 40 and 60.

  • If I'm honest on turning things up any higher than that did mean that the experience was in some occasions and some places on the map quite unplayable with frequent drops.

  • No, I'm pleased to announce that the ever popular GT A five is back on the benchmark list.

  • I spent most of last weekend reinstalling on the PC or 80 gigabytes, and it ran very well here on normal settings.

  • At full HD, I could have turned things up a little bit higher if I'm honest, as we did, average 95 f.

  • P s.

  • So if you want to play g t a five on an old 5 60 t two gigabyte, then you will have no trouble in doing so now.

  • One of the best looking games, in my opinion of recent times, is Kingdom Come Deliverance.

  • When it came out, it was quite a pain to run, do tow optimization and graphical issues, though it has seen a few patches recently which have really improved things.

  • Whilst I wasn't able to achieve a solid 30 frames per second a 10 80 p.

  • Turning things down to 900 p with the lowing game options did mean a pretty solid experience.

  • Speaking of hard to run games, Mafia three isn't exactly easy to run on a lot of systems, either.

  • This again suffered from performance issues, though it has been improved in recent months, with Petraeus here at 900 pages.

  • Like in kingdom come, the game did run quite well at 30 frames per second, though it did drop to the mid twenties in certain areas of the Mac Mafia.

  • Three pretty much runs exactly the same as kingdom come deliverance on a 5 60 ti ight.

  • Now it's a slightly old one, but Metro last like Redox, always challengers older hardware.

  • And here on the 5 60 t, I ran just fine with the medium graphical settings.

  • When I first fight it out, the game defaulted to very high.

  • I think that was what I said, the game to the last time I played it and that those settings, it really wasn't all that playable, but turning things down to medium.

  • Turning a F two times four other than time 16 definitely gave us a nice bump in frame rate on SS AI, I believe is the option is also switched off as well to guarantee us the most frames.

  • Another newly released title for a movie.

  • Stuff that I simply can't stop playing is the crew to?

  • It basically gives you, Ah, hole Open World America to play with.

  • You can drive through all the states that you want, fly over them, drive your boat around them, and because of that, it can be pretty hard to run here.

  • At 10 80 p.

  • Lo.

  • I was able to achieve 37 frames per second on average.

  • And, as you can see by those 1% in 10.1% lows as well, there really wasn't too much stuttered to speak off.

  • Another popular battle royal title is, of course, pub G.

  • This also ran quite well on this card a 10 80 p for allegedly resolution averaging over 30 frames per second.

  • Most of the time, remember, for 60 F PS and modern games of 5 60 t I two gigabyte really isn't going to be for you.

  • Having said that, I'm a little bit disappointed.

  • I didn't get the to win s ally card, but I was definitely asking a little bit too much for the price.

  • But even so for a 5 60 t i two gigabyte, I think I did pretty well in terms of the price for a car that can still run a lot of modern games with reduced settings and 30 frames per second.

  • So while this video never intended to start out was a two gig 5 60 t i review, that's sort of what it became, and I hope it gives you a rough idea of what that card could do in modern gaming.

  • As for this video.

  • I hope you've enjoyed it.

  • If you did leave alike on it, leave a dislike.

  • If you didn't subscribe to the channel if you haven't done so already and hopefully off, see you or in the next one.

I don't ever wanna welcome to another video.
