  • it's gonna guys.

  • Here is the finished result of my test of the armor Okamoto pigments here, using the Inca gold and the chrome gold colors There for two tone gold.

  • It's kind of hard to tell the two tone gold.

  • Honestly, if you look at it really closely, can see some of the areas like on the side of legs is maybe the most notable area on the front and back skirts.

  • You can also tell where the two older right next to each other, but they're not really all that different.

  • But I had a good time testing out these.

  • If you guys missed my work in progress videos, you can check those out.

  • I did to work in progress.

  • We do is the person was basically just like a testing of the pigments, seeing just like kind of getting used to how they work.

  • And the second was more of a work in progress on the actual okay here.

  • So if you want to check out those videos, you can go back and check those out.

  • Basically, what I wanted to do here was take the narrative NFC packs and give it a sort of mix up mash up with the Phoenix by giving it the armed already shield and then just obviously the gold color scheme there with the blue psycho frames, the blue psycho frame.

  • I was also a little bit hesitant about when I painted that I thought it came out maybe a little bit too bright blue.

  • And now that it's all put together on like, I think it came out looking all right, Um, it doesn't quite have, like, the effect of if it were, like actual clear blue plastic or we'll be done in some other different way.

  • I don't know.

  • It is what it is.

  • Anyway, this is how it came out out of its convincing as like a blue psycho frame.

  • But it's blue and shiny on dhe.

  • So how'd I know you guys let me know what you think about it.

  • I think it came out looking all right, though I don't know what really could have done differently or better if you guys have a different ideas of suggestions.

  • Of course.

  • Feel free to let me know if you guys had a work in progress videos and you saw how I painted.

  • That is basically just gun chrome, and then Florissants blew over the top of that, basically, just like a clear for us in blue.

  • And that's what the customization of the kid really only thing that I had to modify was just the shield connector to stop the connection part of the shield of the narrative, Cpac's and then just Skloot and pinned that to where the connector of the armed armor shield is there for the unicorn.

  • So basically had to modify that connector of its on just pin that have a nice, strong connection to that very big heavy shields.

  • And that's pretty much it otherwise is just kind of your normal prep work for a painting.

  • So one thing that I don't want to talk about in this video as well to which I didn't really talk too much about in the last video.

  • So sorry about that.

  • Some people were asking some more questions kind of more about the product, and I just didn't really talk about the products.

  • I guess all that well.

  • So basically, these are products from Armor Kimoto.

  • North America is just so just to clarify the armor Kamata branch there for them with a link to their Facebook page there, down below.

  • You guys, Congar.

  • Oh, and check out some more about the products and can ask questions them directly.

  • Just the other Facebook page, if you're wondering some more information about them and people were asking about availability of them as welcome.

  • Some of the products are not available in the U.

  • S.

  • So just one of the guys know which products are available, which ones aren't so currently available in the U.

  • S.

  • Are the basic coma flared the multi chroma flare, the ghost chroma, flare pigment, Siri's and then also the weathering pigment, Siri's populates and also silicone brushes.

  • So that's what you can currently getting us right now and what they're working on.

  • Getting secured for us distribution.

  • Hopefully, the near future would be the water based, like curing based coats, which is what I use for this.

  • So that base coat that I use for this not currently available yet in the U.

  • S.

  • On, then also the water based crime, a flare pigment stealer as well and then water based basic colors.

  • So just like their liquid paints, basically is what they're working on.

  • Getting secured for North American distribution but hopefully that will be available for you guys soon.

  • Once they are, you guys were able to get those through us again on store.

  • Of course, it was definitely an interesting experience getting used to using the pigments.

  • It didn't come out totally perfect.

  • Uh, this was basically my first time using them.

  • So I think it came out overall.

  • Pretty good, but definitely a lot of just stuff to learn things to just kind of get used to.

  • Basically the hardest part to get used to was just the drying time.

  • Like you wanted to make sure for the base code that you got a good wet coat and then you need to wait a proper amount of time before you started laying the pigments on there and sold like that was just a little bit tricky because I was having some parts where maybe my base coat was when you just not wide enough.

  • So the pigments weren't getting like a good, like good coverage over the whole parts.

  • That then I would so like the next round of parts that I did.

  • I went really wet, and then I Then I kind of had the opposite problem that the paints on a couple parts pulled a little bit on some of those.

  • You might be able to see that.

  • Hopefully not, but the paint pulled a little bit, so the coverage of the pigments was fine over that.

  • But you can see a little bit imperfection under the pigments just from where the paint was living pulled on.

  • There still things, too, you know, small mistakes to learn from also.

  • And speaking of learning from mistakes, you may notice the base.

  • I did another attempt at marble there, which came out a little bit better.

  • Uh, I've been suggested by a friend of mine to use a dried water.

  • Oh, dried.

  • I was gonna say motives.

  • You That's Korean dried wet tissue.

  • Eso just the wet tissue dried and you concludes, kind like stretch it outs and sort of stretched out over a piece of square plot.

  • Played there for that and was able to stretch it on there and like spray.

  • And then I changed it, stressed it again, and from a different direction, sprayed again so ah, little bit better.

  • Look for the marble for the base of this is a good also, second attempt that's trying that in a little bit different way.

  • But I think we're still gonna try, maybe for some different ways in the future.

  • I think I'm still not totally satisfied with this, but I think it's better.

  • It's closer to a good looking marble, I think, And the base under that is just this little wood block thing that I think I got from, like Target was had this, like little, uh, catchphrase or something on the front of their I thought you could just saying that and repainted the sides.

  • It was originally black, and I just repaying to the sides in iron.

  • And that's just a piece of glass plate that I painted and just set over the top of that.

  • And then just a rod of four millimeter plastic rod going up there into the kids.

  • So it's not actually medal this time.

  • A disused applies to Grouch.

  • I wasn't sure if it was gonna work, which is why I used four millimeter instead.

  • Three millimeters.

  • So the whole on the underside of the kids, I had to drill out to make that a little bit larger.

  • The basic hole for an action based on these kids is three millimeters side to make a little bit larger to fit the four millimeter plastic pipe there, it seems we're holding up pretty well.

  • It's not wiggling too much.

  • I am running into a little bit of weight issues here, with the legs kind of sagging down there, supposed to be out a little bit wider, but they keep one to sag down a little bit.

  • That's his weight issues with the kit once all of the painting and pigments, all that was done, just kind of last.

  • Few things I did was just a little bit of detail.

  • Painting threw on some decals on their basically.

  • Most of the decals are just on the non Golda parts.

  • There's only a couple of details on the gold parts on the front of the Shield, and then a little one on the front of the chest.

  • There, too, the same one as what's on the front of the shield.

  • You guys can't really see it all that clearly, but I was planning on doing Maur decals on the gold, but it just wasn't really looking that good.

  • On other details that I were using that I was using you could just, like, see the outline of the decals too much against that gold, so I'm not sure there's other ways we need to do.

  • That, said the outline of the detail is less apparent, but I think it just because the nature of how bright and shiny the gold is, you're able to see the outline of decals too much.

  • So I didn't really like it, so I just only just stuck with a couple of them on there.

  • And I think that is pretty much about it now.

  • As always, guys, this is gonna be for sale.

  • So if anyone's interested in purchasing this, just get in contact with me and we can sort that out if you guys you have another.

  • Further questions or comments is about the build process or the products themselves or anything.

  • Just let me know in the comments section.

  • Dumpy little Try to answer your questions for you.

  • I was pretty funk it good and little experiments, so it's always nice to try out new things.

  • I enjoyed that and looking forward, using some of the pigments on some other stuff in the future as well.

  • So that's it for this video guys.

  • Thanks so much for checking the kid outs.

  • And thanks for watching work in progress.

  • Videos of guys who watch those as well.

  • I'll have some more stuff in the works coming up very soon, so stay tuned.

it's gonna guys.
