  • Hello, everyone, and welcome to another video.

  • Now in today's when we are answering another fan asked question.

  • Today's question is, can you please combine your worst components to see how well they perform together?

  • Well, I decided to do just that.

  • And at the center off this terrible set up we have this the Celeron E 1200 Jule Court CPU.

  • In fact, I was even able to over clock it a little bit today, but more on that.

  • A little later on in combination with the E 1200 we have the previously reviewed Envy.

  • S 295 I wouldn't say previously review, but we've certainly checked out.

  • In fact, any NVIDIA G force now video I made a couple of days ago, we took a look at this card.

  • I apologize if you can hear my chair squeaking.

  • It's under constant pressure from my weight now to go with this CPU and dupe you combination.

  • We have a single stick of 512 megabytes DDR to ram and when it comes to running Windows 10 the operating system of choice in today's one thanks to its still supported status by Microsoft 512 megabytes of RAM is going to have a very hard time, as you'll see once again, a little later on.

  • But I suppose we should get into it and see how well the cellar Ronnie 1200 the envious 295 on 512 megabytes off.

  • It doesn't say this speed, but we won't be using this for very long.

  • I can tell you that.

  • So let's get into it and see how well these components handle well, anything.

  • Okay, so what you're seeing here is Thean video package installer trying to extract the graphics card software with 512 megabytes of RAM installed.

  • We got stuck at 44% every time, so we couldn't actually install the graphics card driver.

  • On top of that actual system performance was beyond awful, with constant slowdown freezes and most programs simply refusing to open.

  • Now a lightweight arrest would run faster, I'm sure, and I do plan to make a few Lennox based videos with older hardware in the future is a few of you have asked for it, But today I've stuck with Microsoft's latest OS.

  • As this RS was part off the question asked in regards to running it on older hardware.

  • I then switched out the memory for a single one gig stick.

  • Instead, on Dhe, the same thing happened.

  • It was a strange occurrence, but in video did warn me that I was lacking in memory.

  • And while this may not be the case for you, if you're trying a similar thing, I'd recommend at least two gigs of DDR two as a minimum because the whole experience feels way better right from the start.

  • So with our Celeron system now somewhat usable, I wanted to jump into a few tests.

  • Starting with Cina Bench are 20 just to see how this chip compared to a few modern entry level C P use like AM D's Athlon AP use.

  • For example, considering the Celeron was once an entry level processor itself, it will be interesting to see just how well it holds up.

  • Unfortunately, not very well is the answer.

  • No, I started the cinnamon are 20 test the multi threaded test at 10 a.m. During the time it was running, I went to the shops, got my car washed, got a haircut, walk the dog and took a short trip to the International space station seriously known.

  • It did take a very long time to complete 49 minutes, to be precise.

  • And once it was done well, it was probably the worst CPU that I've tested in recent times here on this channel.

  • As you can see, it's It's at the bottom of the pile performing worse than a Z on chip when all but one of the threads have bean disabled.

  • But it is an old chip, so that's fair enough.

  • And like I say, it was an entry level chip as well when it first came out many, many years ago.

  • But I decided to see if we could give it a little more of, ah, boast, so to speak.

  • And with that, I reset the system and jumped straight into the BIOS.

  • Now we couldn't really do much with the multiplier.

  • You can adjust it from six all the way up to eight, and jumping back into windows revealed that we overcooked the chip from 1.6 gigahertz to 1.61 gigahertz.

  • Wow.

  • Instead, I adjusted the FSB speed to 300 up from 200 on Dhe.

  • Because of this, it meant we were now running at 2.4 gigahertz, a worthy over clock for this little CPU, but one that probably won't make that much of a difference, especially if we are limited by the N.

  • V s.

  • 295 on two gigs off DDR to memory.

  • Still, this was achieved with a stock intel core two quart cooler, one of the old school ones with a copper base on.

  • We were running at about 30 degrees Idol.

  • This didn't really change from when we were running at 1.6 gigahertz.

  • So it's nice to know that you can overcook one of these old CP use if you feel like messing around with one.

  • The motherboard I'm using is in a Seuss P five Q.

  • And it's really not that bad.

  • It's also very mind if you are using one of these chips on a basic chipset board, then you probably won't be able to over clock it.

  • So with our cellar on now over clocked at its new speed and R N V s purring away in the system nicely at its stock speed, thanks to its lack of overcooking capabilities, it was time to jump into some games.

  • And as you can see, Battlefield five ran almost flawlessly.

  • Haters will say it's fake and they would be correct.

  • Not only will Battlefield five not run, which is totally expected, I mean, we can't expect to run such a game on this hold where?

  • But the video that was playing the footage of Battlefield five also lagged.

  • So yeah, it even if you wanna watch Battlefield five footage at 10.

  • 80 p, it's not really gonna happen smoothly.

  • Maybe instead of the harsh terrain off a battlefield, you'd prefer a nice long walk on a luxurious beach.

  • And that is where crisis comes in very nicely.

  • 800 by 600 the low settings you can expect around 20 frames per second.

  • With this set up, I should also mention that with one gig over AM and also 512 megabytes of ram, you will not see an experience like this one here, though crisis ran okay, it was certainly playable in some areas.

  • There were a couple of freezes here and there, but considering the whole, can it run crisis?

  • Mame?

  • I'm surprised it did this well, even with the low settings But is it a 2000 and seven game?

  • So it shouldn't really be that hard to run.

  • If you turn things down, it's only when you want to run it on very high that you'll run into issues on some older hardware.

  • Anyone who wants to run Assassin's Creed black flag on a similar system will be out of luck, as you will struggle to see 10 F.

  • P s at the lowest settings.

  • Your experience in the Eldest Girl's oblivion, though, should be an okay one.

  • If you want to run it at 6 40 by 4 80 the lowest in game resolution, you can expect 90 frames per second.

  • Fortunately, you will be able to turn it up to 800 by 600 or even 12 80 by 7 20 still retain at least 30 F.

  • P s with the medium settings.

  • I went for 800 by 600 here.

  • It stretched the image to the screen, unfortunately, but I was still seeing a pretty decent frame.

  • Marie over, although that is to be expected with the medium in game preset and turning things up too high or above will cause you some problems especially with CPU already struggling and the graphics card not really having a much better time.

  • To be honest, in fact, sold a professed, the titles are probably going to run quite well, like Fallout three, for example here, that means that fallout New Vegas should run just as well as for without three.

  • In areas like Mega Turn, you can expect around 60 F.

  • P.

  • S.

  • And when you venture outside into the capital wasteland, that will drop a little bit.

  • But you should still see at least 30 in most places.

  • Once again, both the CPU and GPU will struggle.

  • I then thought about the NVIDIA G force now game streaming service that I had tested a couple of days ago and remembering that it ran fine on the envious 295 Then I decided to give it another go, this time with the seller on 1200 in the system with two gigs of Ram.

  • I didn't hold out much hope to be honest, and when I first fired it up, we did get a few not responding messages.

  • So I wasn't expecting much.

  • I held out.

  • I wanted to see if it would eventually fire up if I wasn't so impatient with all of the clicking that I seem to be doing out of right on Dhe.

  • Sure enough, something amazing happened.

  • Before we knew it.

  • I was in Metro 2030 three's opening level, firing away at the enemy's without a care in the world.

  • Sure, my frame rate waas lacking a bit and equality wasn't perfect due to my very slow Southeast England Internet.

  • But it's a far better experience that I would have got if I played with the Celeron and the envious 295 with out help from invidious service here.

  • This isn't the ideal way to play, I know, but at least there are options.

  • And I'm pretty sure you could get some PlayStation emulators running just fine on this rig to with all that said and done, this has been my worst components that are currently own in combination.

  • I hope you enjoyed the video.

  • Surprisingly, they will still run Windows tenders fine, and you should be able to navigate your operating system and place an older titles just fine.

  • Should you feel the need to providing, you have at least two gigs off system ramming stored if you enjoy this video, Be sure to leave her like on it down below.

  • Leave a dislike if you didn't subscribe to the channel if you haven't done so already and hopefully I'll see all of you in the next one.

Hello, everyone, and welcome to another video.
