Why do you want to be a Team Leader? So, if you are going for a team leader interview

with any worldwide organization, I can pretty much guarantee that this question will come

up at some stage during your team leader interview. And we want to be able to give the interview

panel or the recruiting manager the perfect answer! So, let me give you the perfect answer

to the interview question: Why do you want to be a Team Leader? Please take notes. Here

we go. “I want to be a Team Leader for four specific reasons. The first reason is, the

skills, qualities and experience I have gained in my career so far make me, I believe, the

perfect candidate to perform the duties to a high standard. Secondly, I believe I possess

a number of natural leadership capabilities that mean I feel a natural desire to take

control of situations to motivate people to get the job done. The third reason is, I have

high work standards and values, and I don’t like to see a task or project completed to

a sub-standard – if I am the Team Leader, I am the person who is ultimately responsible

for everything that happens within the team, and therefore, I can make sure everything

gets done properly. Finally, I enjoy motivating people and I particularly enjoy working under

pressure to achieve difficult tasks. Those four reasons make me the ideal candidate to

lead your team towards successfully achieving your organizational goals.” Now, that is

I like about it in particular, is that you are giving them a number of reasons why you

want to be a team leader. And in that response, we have given the interviewer four main reasons,
