a few eight counts from the real dance!

So, if you're ready, put your dancing shoes on and let's do this!

So, you're going to start by going

forward! Around to the forward!

Around to the... Five, six, seven, eight!

Forward! Around! Forward! Around!

Next step is actually one of my favorites, and you're going to go

kick, kick, down! Kick, kick, down!

And you're going to kick left, right, down!

Right, left, down!

Five, six, from the beginning!

Forward! Around Forward! Around!

Left, right, down! Right, left, down!

Beautiful!

Next, you're going to go bounce, bounce, throw!

Bounce, bounce, throw!

Five, six, seven, eight!

You go one, two, throw!

One, two, throw!

That was really good! But make sure that you take your elbows

and you're knocking your elbows up really, really, high!

Alright I think we should just go on and ad on the last step, right?

Let's do it! One of my favorites also,

Your arms going go up and down and up and down,

but your feet, kind of like a penguin!

You go da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.

And so when you put them together, it looks like this,

da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.

Exactly! So, shall we do it from the beginning?

Let's do it once with counts, and then we'll do it once with music.

Here we go! Five, six, seven, eight!

Forward! Around! Kick, kick, step!

Left, right, down! A right, left, down!

Bounce, bounce, throw! Bounce, bounce, throw!

Up and a down and a up and a down!

That was so good! That's better than us!
